Excited to share with my local bread lovers that my sourdough baguettes and chocolate chip cookies were just delivered to the sweetest wine and cheese shop, @faire.la.nouba in Smithville! Honestly, this pairing could not be more perfect. Take one to-go or enjoy one with a glass of wine and some delicious local Texas olive oils and cheeses! 🥖🫶🏼

I’ve been having so much fun experimenting with @bartonspringsmill flours 🌾
While picking up my bulk order last week I grabbed some of their Stardust 00 flour and made some baguettes! I tweaked my original recipe quite a bit to accommodate for the extra needed hydration, but absolutely loved the outcome! These baguettes were incredible with both flavor and texture — with a naturally sweet, almost creamy wheat flavor.

If you listen closely you can hear my #1 bread fan, 6 years strong 🥹

s’mores chocolate chip cookies are officially the cookie of the summer! 🌞🍪

hot tip: freeze your marshmallows before mixing them into the dough. i learned that trick this year, and it really does help them hold their shape while baking.
