A reminder for every mom! You may be far from the place you grew up. You may still be finding your feet in a new city, a new language, a new routine. That’s okay. You don’t have to bloom everywhere. You just have to bloom here. Where you have been planted. Sink your roots in, lean on your village, and let yourself grow, one small win at a time. Where are you planted right now, and what’s helping you flourish? Tell us below 👇 #FlowMoms #FlourishWherePlanted #MomCommunity #DiasporaMoms #FrankfurtMoms by @theflowconferenceformoms

Thank you @jomainstudio for helping us give our Moms their flowers at the last FLOW Conference for Moms 💐🌸🌺🌷🌻🌼🌹🌹💐💐💐🌸🌸🌺🌺🌷🌷🌻🌼🌸✨ We paid a thank-you courtesy visit to one of our incredible event partners a while back, @jomainstudio, just to express our deepest gratitude for their support at The FLOW Conference. We always talk about honoring diaspora mothers, but @jomainstudio made it possible for us to turn that gesture into a stunning, tangible reality. Their exquisite floral design was a absolute beauty highlight of our event, giving our mamas a moment where they felt truly seen, celebrated, and cherished. 💐❤️ If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming flower shop with creative ideas on how to elevate your floral packaging and make any moment special, you have to check them out! They also do events! So they can be at your next event! Thank you once again, @jomainstudio, for playing such a pivotal role in honoring our village. One thing I have come to understand is this - FLOURISHING requires a new level of you! A different version of you! You can’t flourish when the old leaves are still there, flourishing will not happen when old belief systems are still in place. Flourishing will simply not happen if you do not walk away from the old… Flourishing begins when you start shedding the old. Old patterns, Old thinking… then you create room for the new… It’s time to let the old go so the new can come in! It’s take a different level of Faith to truly get to the Flourishing Level! That’s why this is the Book for the month and the season not just for me but for the Mamas in the Flow Community! This is my confession I’m a tree Planted by the rivers of LIVING water! I allow the process of pruning and I flourish I receive capacity to Flourish Faith to push past the odds and limitations! It doesn’t matter the challenges around, I’m a Flourishing Woman! I Flourish right here where I’ve been planted! We’ll be reviewing this book all through the month! So get ready for a beautiful Jolly Ride! @theflowconferenceformoms Happy New Month! Welcome to September! #newbeginnings! by @theflowconferenceformoms

This time last week… We set out to create a “Sanctuary” for mothers to just step away, breathe, and be poured into and with God’s help and our amazing sponsors + team, we did just exactly that! The beautiful bonds formed, the raw and honest conversations, the pure joy and laughter during our games (was unforgettable! 🪑💃), and the deep spiritual refreshing we all received… it was nothing short of a beautiful experience. Moms walked into NIO House carrying the heavy weight of their daily “to-do lists” and mental loads, but they left lighter, deeply refreshed. To every single mama who trusted us with your Saturday, THANK YOU! You didn’t just attend an event; you built a village. Swipe through to catch a glimpse of the magic, the smiles, and the flourishing community we are building together. 📸 Exceptional media coverage by the incredibly talented @controlestudio_de thank you for capturing the heart of this day so beautifully with your professional eye! P.S. Mamas, check your email inboxes! We’ve sent a heartfelt recap note along with resources from our speakers to keep your soul watered this week. Let’s keep blooming! #TheFLOWConference #FlourishWhereYouArePlanted #MothersInGermany #FrankfurtMoms #SpiritualRefreshing MotherhoodCommunity SanctuaryForMoms by @theflowconferenceformoms

At The FLOW Conference, we believe that when a mother flourishes, her entire community rises with her. But our mission goes beyond the “Sanctuary” we created last weekend. We are so proud to announce that our impact reaches the next generation directly. 10% of our total ticket sold for The FLOW Conference 2026 is donated to support a student’s education! Through our partnership with @mightynationteensfellowship, your presence at the conference didn’t just pour into your own soul it helped open the doors of a classroom for a student in need. Because being a “Village” means looking back and pulling the next generation up with us. Thank you for helping us make a difference that lasts a lifetime. Support the mission here: If you’re looking for a genuine foundation to support that actull does the work of reaching teenagers in Africa, specifically Nigeria, please check @mightynationteensfellowship They are doing an amazing Job with real impact! #TheFLOWConference #MightyNationTeens #MomsSupportingStudents #EducationForAll #ImpactInvestment VillageSupport FlourishAndGive by @theflowconferenceformoms
Look who jumped on this trend! 🙈🙈🙈🙈 or maybe that’s an AI video who knows looool 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👀😎😎👀👀👀🤣🤣🤣 Honestly, I don’t know if it’s the Yoruba-Nigerian girl in me but @mariam_yvonne was a helpful reality check. She kept reminding me Mo! This is Germany not Nigeria! 🙈🙈🙈🙈 I call her my madam Checksandbalances #realitycheck We all need people like that in our lives! Vielen Dank Mama❤️❤️ Even @_oluwadunsin keeps reminding me too when we have other events. Another Mama Teni will say “Party dey your body” (you love to party!) but you can’t blame me! It’s been a while i attended “Owanbe” (a Nigerian Party) so every opportunity to replicate it in any little way I can I try 🤣🤣🤣🤣🙈🙈 The F.L.O.W (Flourish Where you’re Planted) conference @theflowconferenceformoms is designed as a "Sanctuary" for mothers to disconnect from the "mental load" of daily life and reconnect with their purpose. Food, Fun, dance and everything to release the happy calm hormones was the goal and from the feedback so far, we did an excellent job! Our Mamas left happy, filled and fed!
