Vegan Nutella French Toast but mine has no toast or Nutella 👀😂

You want a ripe but firm plantain(mine was a bit soft) fry it in a bit of coconut oil and add cinnamon spice powder. You can also use banana.
⁣
My take on the Nutella spread was more of a Pumpkin fudge situation👀
Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Butter(I didn’t love it on its own so I repurposed it)
Maple syrup
Cacao powder
⁣
Topped with Strawberries & powdered sugar(blended granulated sugar till powdered)
⁣
If you see a cool recipe that you want to try but don’t have all the ingredients you can always recreate it with what you do have and enjoy! Find the recipe on her YouTube channel if you’re interested in the french toast and homemade nutella!

Banana bread w peanut butter and a green smoothie brunch type day😌💚

Smoothie
~Half/1 Frozen Banana
~Half/1 Green Apple
~Half/1 Pear
~Handful of Spinach (for sweetness)/Kale for (for bitterness)
I do both sometime or just spinach
~Seed of choice I like milled flaxseeds
~A plant based milk
used almond vanilla cause my aunts obsessed 😂

Tip: if you want a little spice kick and to make it more immune boosting add a half/1 thumb(size of a SMALL thumb) of ginger
Some of y’all have big thumbs so be careful cause it’s spicey😝😂
