A little sneak peek from Chelsie & Ashley’s beautiful day đŸ€âœš Loved every single moment of celebrating these two! I can’t wait to share more from their full gallery — but for now, here are some stills of this beautiful couple. Congratulations, Chelsie & Ashley! đŸ€ Thank you for the beautiful moments captured by @saragracephoto by @thegalagirlz
Some wedding days just stay with you. đŸ€ After nearly a year of planning alongside Adrianne, watching this day finally unfold was something truly special. From Adrianne & Aaron to every friend and family member who surrounded them, there was so much genuine love, joy, and warmth in the room. It’s an incredible thing to be trusted with someone’s wedding day, but even more special when you walk away feeling like you were part of something bigger than just a beautiful celebration. Adrianne & Aaron, it was an absolute honor. I loved your day, and I already miss it more than I expected. đŸ€ One month later, here’s to the Bateys. Three years ago, I had the privilege of becoming part of the Moonlight & Magnolias Gala. I never imagined it would grow into something that feels so much bigger than an event—it has become a family. Last night, I was completely surprised with these incredibly thoughtful gifts and the sweetest handwritten note. Moments like this remind me why I pour my heart into every detail, every design, and every event. Being trusted to help create an experience that raises critical support for the MACC is an honor I never take for granted. To Celeste, Cheryl, and the entire Moonlight & Magnolias team—thank you for making me feel so valued and appreciated. Your kindness means more than you know. Here’s to three amazing years together and, hopefully, many more. I can’t wait to see what we create next. You truly feel like family. #moonlightandmagnolias #thegalagirlz #artgallery #eventplanner #nashvilleevents by @thegalagirlz

Moonlight & Magnolias 2026 — Part II ✹🌙 As the gallery doors closed for cocktail hour, guests stepped into an entirely different world for the dinner reception & auction. Moonlight became the muse for the evening — layered with glowing candlelight, dramatic textures, immersive entertainment, and a room designed to feel like stepping into a dream after dark. This year’s featured artist was @patrickguyton — international fine artist, musician, and founder of Gilded Modernism. The evening was further brought to life through beautiful performances by vocalist Wendy Moten, along with a moving erhu performance by Dr. Ming Wang, MD, PhD, accompanied on classical guitar by Carlos Enrique, MA. Guests enjoyed an exciting live auction featuring an incredible collection of fine art, followed by one very adorable Frenchie. Every detail of the evening was designed to celebrate creativity, community, and the power of supporting the arts. A beautiful evening for Monthaven Arts & Cultural Center. Every year, I dream up a different welcome drink experience for Moonlight & Magnolias — and this year’s vision became one of my favorites yet. Our cocktail hour began with living art: the beautiful Stephanie of The Sip Social Club, posed like a portrait, offering champagne as she slowly came to life and interacted with guests entering the evening. Guests wandered the gallery while enjoying art, conversation, and cocktails from the bar. Stay tuned for the gala reception, where moonlight became the muse for the entire evening. Honored to once again be designing and planning the annual Monthaven Arts & Cultural Center Gala -Moonlight & Magnolias✹🌙 This year’s evening on May 2nd here in Nashville will unfold under a moonlight-inspired atmosphere, featuring the extraordinary work of acclaimed artist Patrick Guyton - an unforgettable night where art, story, and community meet. Last year’s gala at the beautiful Noah Liff Opera Center was recognized by NACE as “Event Production of the Year” at the annual Music City NACE Gala at Country Music Hall of Fame. Truly an honor. The award-winning gala opened with country legend Pam Tillis and closed with the high energy fiddle sounds of Mobile Home Boys - an unforgettable night from beginning to end. Monthaven Arts & Cultural Center exists to connect people through art, preserve cultural heritage, and create opportunities for artists and the community to experience creativity in meaningful ways—and this gala helps make that mission possible. Join us in supporting a place where art is not only displayed, but lived. Tickets and sponsorship opportunities available now. I had the privilege of planning and designing the very first wedding ceremony and reception ever held in the iconic Circle Room at Opryland! This beautiful and kind couple brought their closest family and friends from Delaware to Nashville where they exchanged vows on the same stage where countless legends have performed — a room that truly echoes the heart and soul of country music. It was emotional, iconic, and so perfect. A special performance by the incredibly talented Jessica Terrell @jessicaterrellmusic - the couple’s Nashville favorite, gave a beautiful performance that made the moment feel even more true to who they are. Congratulations, Kelli & Wes! It was an honor and a blast being part of your forever moment here in Music City! Thanks to all the amazing Circle Room staff that helped in making the first ever wedding at The Circle Room a total success! Thank you @mattandrewsphoto for creating such wonderful photos!
