Monthly Recap ✨️

That was a good reading month! 💪🏻
This month Threshing Day had my absolute heart 🥰 I loved it so much 😭💔 I had so many emotions reading it

Carl's Doomsday Scenario was also really good and somwhow I think it was better than the first one. I will continue the serie for sure! 🤩

ACOSH was alright. I have a few mehh to say to it. But I'm excited to know what will happen. Also I hated Nesta but now I dig her. Like she is the only one being normal in that book. Also
✊🏻 Justice for Lucian ✊🏻

The biggest disapointement for me was Metal Slinger 🔪 Idk man, I struggled so much to follow the beginning and the plot twist made me mad. I was pissed man 😡

What was your favorite book this month? 😍

" I can never resist a beginning. It's always my favorite part "

Book Review of :
This Immortal Heart by Jennifer Saint 🏺

📖I enjoyed this book, Jennifer Saint has a way of writting that I really like and that is simple for me to follow especially in english.

❤️ The story is sweet and you can feel the emotions troubling Aphrodite and Ares. You could feel Aphrodite is proud of her role. And Ares is a fierce man and is not afraid to show love.

🗡 I just think they were a bit quick to be together. Especially with Aphrodite judging him about his role as God of war.
I also missed a few of the "myth" story about the couple. Like the story about Hephaistos trapping them.

⚠️ Reminder that 3 stars is not a bad book at all. I just had some thing that I didn't like in it. But mostly positive notes ⚠️

Have you read it? What did you think? ⚔️

A minute of silence for my bank account 🙏🏻

I might have been overboard, just a little 👌🏻
But I did some math 😂

All 19 books (without the Scottish Tales) costed me : 251.87 £, for fun I added all those books to a Swiss bookstore cart: 453,40 £
Almost double!!! 😂 This is insane! And remind you some of those books are signed or a special/exclusive editions!

So yeah I might have been overboard but this was well worth the economy 👌🏻

But the true miracle was that my luggage was not overweight on the way back 🙏🏻

An Epic Fail 🥲

My first mystery book opening is a fail 😭

I was so happy to get my first mystery book at @bookloversbookshop !
I was on a quest to see as many bookshop I could during my trip! And this one, despite being small had all the good stuff! This is for us the Romance Girlies. 🥰 Romantasy, Contemporary Romance, Paranormal Romance, Dark Romance, etc, etc 🩷

If you are in Edinburgh rn and want it! Pls, message me asap! I leave tomorrow!

I can also send it in France or Belgium, I can send the french paperback for the frenchies 🫶🏻

Greek Mythology Edition

My mom guess book title ✨️

✨️ Not Apollo but Odysseus

🐥 Tweety's cage. Well it is a cage

🏹 Not Eros but there is definitely a love story

⛵️ Wrong guy, Theseus is famous for his boat

🏺 The magic amphora, well it was definitely magic

Would you guess any of these?

Only packing the necessary 😆

Of course, I'll be going to the Glenfinnan Viaduct and the inspiration behind Diagon Alley! Probably many other places!

Of course, I'll be chasing the Blue Police Box in Glasgow! It's my only chance to have the Doctor whisk me away!

I wrote down some cool filming locations but feel free to share your favorite! ☺️

- Fish eyes are the best part 🐟

Book Review of " The eyes are the best part " 👁
By Monika Kim 📘

This book! This BOOK! Finally an horror book that made me feel something.
It was gruesome, gore and weird. You'll get grossed out, angry maybe and maybe wondering wtf you are reading but it was really good! And so well written 👌🏻

Thank you to @brybliophile for sharing this gem with me!

Have you read it? 👁
