Sometimes its just what it is. It feels better to be with the misfits than the crowd. “Met up with Gerry Farrow of The Gerry Farrow Band and more at The Blacksmiths Arms in Quorn, Leicestershire, UK. We had a drink and a good chinwag, yes about music but much more, you know, pub chat.. stuff you don’t have to remember.. great!

We did choose the next New Reality Records ‘Record of the Week’ which will be announced as usual on Monday!

I was on Neck Oil and Guinness Zero and Gerry was on Pedigree. We also had the obligatory packets of crisps. These are usually purchased with the last round as we don’t set out to eat crisps but always finish up doing so!

“No Particular Poison play The Mini Monocle @theminimonocle in Loughborough, UK, this Friday the 29th of May. It’s a fabulous ‘real’ venue (if that makes sense) and the band are great. A modern take on UK pubrock with a post punk vibe. A band full of great musicians and songwriters including Gerry Farrow (this time on drums 🥁 😮)
