This beautiful Cape Cod house is nestled on Main Street in the heart of the village of Chatham, Massachusetts—full of charm, coastal beauty, and that unmistakable New England feel. I can’t wait to visit this summer, wander through town, breathe in the salty air, and soak up everything that makes Chatham so special.

Wait… I can do that better.

It’s funny looking back at where my style started — and realizing how much it’s grown. A little more confidence, a little more intention, and a lot more me.

Proof that style evolves when you keep experimenting and trusting the process. ✨

There’s something about the way sunlight streams through the windows this time of year — softer, longer, almost whispering that change is coming. I’m soaking in these bright, quiet moments while feeling that little spark of excitement… because spring is right around the corner.

Longer days. Open windows. Fresh air. New beginnings. I can already feel it.

When you remember you have your mother-in-law’s silver, you spend the afternoon polishing each piece until it shines like it used to. ✨You slow down, handle everything a little more gently, and think about the hands that once set these same pieces on a table. Then you tuck them around your home — not just as decor, but as memory, history, and love on display.

If loving blue is wrong, I don’t want to be right. What’s your favorite color?

💌 “Come on in”

Turning our house into a home has taken some time and it’s still a continual work in progress. No curtains yet. No wallpaper either. Stenciling projects still just in my head. Will I ever get to it?

Between working full-time, running errands, cleaning, and showing up for life on the weekends, creativity doesn’t always fit in. 😢And honestly, I often just don’t have the energy. And then there’s the cost. I hate feeling ripped off. And I don’t want to chase trends that won’t stand the test of time…as much as I like them.

My priority is creating a pretty space that feels warm, welcoming, and truly like home.

If this is your priority too.. feel free to follow along. I’d love to be your neighbor.

Snow day! Not! ❄️
Working remotely thanks to the snowstorm, but also soaking in the peaceful stillness it brings.

How’s the weather where you live today?

Most of the shopping is done, the gifts are wrapped, and the house is dressed for Christmas ✨

Looking forward to slowing down over the next couple of weeks and soaking in all the cozy, festive moments. Now if only a fresh snowfall would arrive to make it truly magical ❄️🎄

My New England Christmas!

Falling a little more in love each day with my @kingofchristmas 9-foot Scarlet Fir. It’s the perfect touch of sparkle in my cozy window alcove.

🎄Sharing my Calm & Coastal Christmas mood board for this year — a mix of Serena & Lily, Balsam Hill, and my own version of Ralph-Lauren-at-the-Cape. I’ll be putting it all together the day after Thanksgiving.

Let the coastal Christmas magic begin! ✨

I’m so ready for Christmas! ✨ I’ve started dreaming up how to decorate this beautiful 9’ Scarlet Fir from @kingofchristmas — I’m leaning toward a subtle Cape Cod coastal theme this year. 🌊🐚🦞Do you like to switch up your holiday decor or keep it classic and traditional each year?
