Hi, I’m Hayley 🤎

Mum of four. Neonatal nurse. Founder of The Glow Up Reset.

TGUR started during a season where I realised I needed to come back to myself.

Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and in the way I was showing up for my own life.

What began as something personal slowly became something bigger — a space for women who want to reset, rebuild, and become more intentional about who they’re becoming.

I’m still growing with it too.

And this is only the beginning.

The Glow Up Reset ✨ by @theglowupresetuk

The glow up was never about the destination.

It was about becoming the kind of woman who shows up for herself wherever she is.

Every small decision.
Every new habit.
Every promise you keep to yourself.

That’s where the transformation begins.

🤍 The Glow Up Reset is available now.

She didn’t become her overnight.

She became her through the small choices she repeated every day.

✨ Choosing herself.
✨ Protecting her peace.
✨ Building healthier habits.
✨ Showing up, even when it was hard.

The Glow Up Reset was created to help you do the same.

A practical guide to rebuilding your confidence, routines, mindset and wellbeing—one habit at a time.

two things can be true at once.

you can love your life and still want certain things to be different.

you can be proud of how far you’ve come and still feel frustrated about where you are.

you can appreciate what you have without convincing yourself that you have to settle for it forever.

sometimes we confuse gratitude with accepting everything as it is.

but being thankful doesn’t mean ignoring what isn’t making you happy.

you’re allowed to acknowledge both. 🤎

does this resonate with where you are in life right now?

somewhere between being the dependable one, the strong one and the person who gets everything done, it’s easy to forget that you have needs too.

you make sure everyone else is okay. you remember the appointments, solve the problems and keep things moving.

but when was the last time you gave your own happiness that same level of attention?

you deserve more than whatever time and energy is left over after everyone else has had theirs.

this week, make one decision that’s just for you. and don’t feel guilty about it. 🤎

what’s one thing you’re going to do for yourself this week?

there’s always going to be another goal to reach, another milestone to achieve, another version of yourself you’re working towards.

but don’t spend so much time preparing for your future that you forget to experience your present.

take the pictures. make the memories. enjoy the little luxuries. celebrate how far you’ve already come.

you can be ambitious and still enjoy where you are right now.

life isn’t something you have to earn the right to enjoy. 🤎

what’s one thing you’re looking forward to this november?

october might not have gone exactly how you imagined.

maybe you achieved more than you expected. maybe some things are still unfinished. maybe you spent most of the month just figuring things out.

whatever it looked like, you don’t need to carry every disappointment, expectation or unfinished plan into november.

take what helped you grow. leave room for something new.

a new month doesn’t require a completely new you. 🤎

what are you leaving behind in october?

sometimes growth makes you uncomfortable with things you once accepted without a second thought.

the habits you kept repeating. the situations you settled for. the excuses you made for yourself.

nothing dramatic has to happen.

one day, you simply realise that certain things no longer belong in the life you’re building.

and then comes the important part: making choices that reflect your new standards. 🤎

what’s one thing you’ve stopped settling for?

it’s easy to get caught up in creating a life that looks good from the outside.

the holidays. the outfits. the perfect routines. the milestones.

but what about how your life actually feels when nobody’s watching?

are you enjoying it? are you present? are you building something that genuinely makes you happy?

the real luxury is a life you don’t constantly need to escape from. 🤎

save this as a reminder to prioritise how your life feels, not just how it looks.

stop watering down your ambitions to make them sound more realistic to other people.

you don’t need to justify wanting a different lifestyle, a bigger career, financial freedom or simply more out of life.

what you want doesn’t have to make sense to everyone.

the important part is what you’re prepared to do to build it.

dream bigger. then back it up with action. 🤎

what’s one ambition you’re no longer downplaying?

some days you’re full of energy, ticking things off and feeling like everything is coming together.

other days, you’re just trying to make it through.

both are part of life.

you don’t need to turn every difficult day into a lesson or prove that you’ve been productive.

give yourself permission to simply be human. 🤎

save this for a day when you need a little less pressure.

#theglowupreset #selfcompassion #softlife #personalreset by @theglowupresetuk

you don’t have to start over every time you lose momentum.

some days you’ll feel motivated. other days, even the smallest task will feel like an effort.

the real reset is learning to keep showing up for yourself without needing everything to feel exciting.

small promises kept consistently can change your life. 🤎

what’s one small thing you’re committing to this week?
