Let’s try and maintain that shoulder tilt and spin angle throughout your goal swing with our reverberated ball smash exercise!

Using just a vibration bar/flex bar and a Swiss ball you can re-create this movement to help maintain spine angle and engage the core throughout the golf swing!

Being able to do, this will not only help your ball striking, but increased the chances that you can help compress the ball through impact and create that angle of attack that you’ve always wanted with thoseirons !

It’s Transferable Skill Movement Time…Shallowing the golf club has never been easier to understand! In this great visual demonstration you can see the shaft plane change with the spin of a wheel 😆

So from a movement that she felt before driving the shaft more vertical on the transition leading to deep divots and a steep angle of attack, to a feeling of creating a shallower club path and a sweep of the ball rather than before.

So if you are struggling to feel what a shallow club path or how to transition that feeling then this is the easiest golf fitness drill for you!

And if you’re looking for more more information about our programs to help you get better at golf with Golf fitness just comment or DM one of our codes below 👇🏽

Are you struggling with the incorrect swing sequence?

Just use these 4 commands to help build a sequence that will emulate the action of the pro’s! Our Junior “Na” has just started learning this process and is developing these movements and sequences so well and quickly!

Try and unlock your perfect swing sequence with these 4 commands below:-

1. Backswing
2. Down
3. Left
4. Drive

Once you’ve mastered it separately then go on ahead and try to blend those movements together to build a simple yet repeatable pattern!

And for junior programming of your own why not DM us “JCP” to explore our 3 custom junior plans we have to offer 💯

Stop casting the golf club from the top ⚠️⛳️

Casting normally happens when the hands release the angle too early, causing the clubhead to throw out before the body has had time to rotate through.

Start without the club. Hold the angle between your arm and the ball, then feel like you’re throwing the ball down into the ground in front of you 💥

That throwdown action teaches you how to maintain the angle for longer, sequence the arms with the body, and release the energy later through impact.

Once you understand the movement with the ball, replicate the exact same feeling with the golf club. Movement first. Golf club second. 🔥

Sometimes all you need is a visual 🖊️⛳️

This whiteboard drill helps you understand the difference between over the top, under the plane, and on plane. It’s an exaggerated feel designed to teach your body where the club should actually travel—not what your swing will look like forever.

Once you’ve got the feel, blend it with a medicine ball, resistance band, or your favourite movement drill to reinforce the same pattern 🔥

Remember… your body often isn’t limited. It just hasn’t learned the movement yet. Reorganise the body first, then add the golf club.

Top tip from the master at work @thegolfathletex @klgcc.official

So important to train correctly for injury prevention and career longevity 🙌🏽 wise words by @thegolfathletex

One of the biggest mistakes golfers make in transition is throwing the hands OUT instead of allowing them to work DOWN first ⚠️

When the hands move out too early, the club steepens, the face stays open, and that’s where a lot of slices begin ❌

Using a resistance band is a great way to create the feeling of the hands pulling down towards the trail pocket first before rotating through 💥 It helps improve sequence, shaft delivery, and keeps the club in a much better position through transition.

Feels are powerful in golf… and sometimes exaggerating the movement is exactly what your swing needs ⛳️
