GOTHSGIVING 2026 🦇🥀🖤

Whether you’ve been no contact for years, or trying to figure out the low contact process, or are struggling to decline that holiday invitation you already know will cost you something, there’s room for you here.
The holidays can bring up grief, guilt, longing, and complicated feelings about family, especially when you’re questioning where you belong.

Gothsgiving is a space for estranged daughters and queer adults to explore family rejection, grieve the relationships we had and wished for, practice boundaries and exit planning, and reimagine belonging beyond traditional families and expectations.

You don’t have to be fully no contact to recognize that something needs to change. And you don’t have to share your trauma to belong.

Meeting is Saturday, November 21 3-5pm PST, virtual workshop
🖤 Goth inspired or all black attire
 $55, Registration link in bio

You don’t have to wait for another holiday to do something different.

I used to hate crying as a teen even though I was emo 🖤

& being called sensitive all the time can lead us to reject that part of ourselves or when we get comments saying “don’t cry, be strong” but when you think about it it takes strength to be sensitive too #sadness #insideout #elderemo #blacksheep #halloween by @thegothpsyd

SAVE the date for a virtual gathering that will make space for holiday grief family enstrangement with a specific focus on queer daughters while also learning about the belonging alternative communities (like the goth subculture) provide. Excited to share this space with my fellow goth, emos and rockeras! 🌚🤘🏽❤️‍🩹 #gothsgiving #familyestrangement #holidaygrief #blacksheep #thegothpsyd by @thegothpsyd

I do my best to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for my so that they can dive deep into their lore as they discover their strengths, growth areas and their deepest desires to live a fulfilled life. #rapport #therapisthumor #mentalhealth #queertherapist #thegothpsyd by @thegothpsyd

spent the Aries full moon alongside some beautiful and awe inspiring womxn! We got to play, dance, scream, and connect with our bodies intentionally.

This weekend was a beautiful reminder of the power we all hold in our stories and our unique medicine.

Thank you @senoracalzones for creating such a beautiful retreat, I truly felt like a goddess ❤️‍🔥 hasta la otra 🏜️🧚‍♀️💫🤲🏽🌕 by @thegothpsyd

There’s something powerful about being surrounded by women who remind you that you don’t have to carry everything alone. ✨

Healing isn’t always about doing more or becoming a “better” version of yourself. Sometimes it’s about feeling safe enough to be seen, supported, understood, and fully yourself.

Community, connection, healthy boundaries, self-worth, and self-love can all be part of the healing journey. 🤍 And therapy can be a space to explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how you connect with yourself and others.

You don’t have to heal alone. Your story deserves support, too. 🌱
