POSTS STORIES REELS

To the experience I’ll remember for a lifetime – thank you. When my parents and I decided to expand this family business, I knew it was going to be fulfilling but I had no idea just how much.

I remember the day I found this property; it was the first house I looked at and I knew it was the bar setter. When we looked at it for the first time this instant yes came over me. We weren’t even looking in its location and I certainly wasn’t expecting to stay for over an hour, but something about it was just inspiring. The process of calling it ours was as synchronistic as it gets, we were detached and knew if it was meant for us, it would be – and that is exactly how it unfolded.

This is when it became my precious gem – flash through designing mock ups for a fourth bedroom, detailed furniture execution, enhancing the backyard, custom creating cornhole boards, irrigating an acre of land, a million different checklists all crossed off, fully stocking the kitchen, a 500+ pound ping pong table, math equations on bedding, luxury finishes, coordinating audio visual teams/landscapers/pool servicing/cleaning/trash pickups, what feels like thousands of other forgotten things but most importantly the empowered exhilaration of making this special place ours fully by myself.

I had 5 days to complete this project before our photoshoot, and those were truly some of the coolest most amazing days of my life. It’s an experience I will cherish for the rest of my time. Not only were they 12 hour work days, but they were badass and fun and full of magic.

I’m 21 now, when we first started this business I was 17. I learned everything at our first property and went to “life school” in those four years. This is my graduation – to be capable and not only that but successful, feels like the greatest achievement of my life thus far.

The night I wrapped this project, I ran into a dear soul who literally said “everything you touch turns to gold”…if you know, you know.

Thank you to my parents for birthing this legacy and designing this beautiful family plan. I don’t follow anything, but I’ve followed our family plan because it’s always been to create your own path. Here I am, doing it. by @thegracefulview

GOLDEN 💛
my 2026 sneak peek

To be born an element - the story of Golden follows a blonde highlight, armor dipped in sunrise and an electric hue that shines in every reality. In the pursuit of this force of radiance, she appears. She’s kissed by wholesome fire and caramelized into a deeper tantalizing glimmer. There’s a look in her eyes, a gaze so powerful you can hear her soul speak without even needing words. Trail the outline of her figure until you meet destiny’s path carved inside her fingertips as it spirals like original sunshine pulled from the cosmos. She’s luxurious like saffron, as rare as genuine ivory and the most balanced xanthous palette – but will she become her own masterpiece on the world’s canvas? Her gold melts into a luscious stream of creator, even blues become twinkling constellations visible in the daylight. Some call it magic, she calls it Grace. A thriller weaved with a romance to life and a fantasy known to be real – her golden glow is painted onto the world in the most powerful ways.

In early 2025, this angel in the Netherlands @jennymaymusic, recognized Sedona on my page and responded to my story. What’s meant for you will never pass you by, you never know when destiny will hit. Fast forward to a year and half of true friendship – long detailed essays, weekly voice notes we called “podcasts”, opposite time zones but always in sync, the joys in being modern virtual pen pals, significant life events lived together, telling stories of our pasts, writing our futures together, watching each other’s dreams unfold into reality, curly blonde hair goals, genuine rooting for success and most of all real sisterhood that defines meant to be.

Even in the virtual world, our connection was all so real that it led to one of the coolest moments of my life – literally something out of a movie! Jenn ( and her lovely Jasper @vonspringmusic ) travelled across the world from Amsterdam and met me in California. From the second we locked eyes it was as if we’d known each other for years, all our audios and texts just blossomed in a new way. I still can’t get over how surreal our story is.

So, we brought our Instagram meet cute to life – beach day, to Din Tai Fung (because obviously), to new Nikes with a funny story, to ultra competitive game rooms, to La La Land highs, to matching bracelets as we stay with each other even in our far away continents, to Mercedes magic, to constant laughter and absolute alignment through it all.

Let this be your sign to take a leap, send the message, book the trip and be yourself. Jenn, you are a pillar in my life and I’m forever grateful we connected in this special way. In a gigantic world and eight billion people, we found each other when it should never have been possible, and I couldn’t feel luckier. Jasper, it was so precious seeing the authentic love in your partnership with Jenn and thank you for making our time together even more special.

May we all keep living our dreams and flying to higher places or the same time zones 😉

healing 🤍

to the black and white that brought so much color to my life, thank you. you called us home on my tenth birthday and I’m so grateful we’ll share my day forever. thank you for making our family whole in the realest most precious ways even as you’ve crossed over. thank you for still letting me hear your snoring, growling, the tap of your nails and your sweet little chirps. thank you for saying hi in every 9:11, white dove, sticky little frog and chewed up toy.

what a gift it is to feel the full human spectrum. never in my life have I appreciated loss so truly, to genuinely love without condition is an absolute treasure. to feel the space of it now leaves me in gratitude for all that was and all that will be.

we love you in every world, in every way and in every timeline. you were always meant to be on Team Hakopian.
