A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support our @wheezysyuma Takeover last night! 💗🍽️🎟️ Thank you to Wheezy’s for having @thegraceinus_ from 4–7 pm! A special shoutout to @4lokos_by_sonoragrilling for always supporting the things I’m passionate about and believing in what I’m building with @thegraceinus_ 💗 Their generous donation helped make our next step possible: publishing the required notice for three consecutive days, an important part of getting our nonprofit started. We’re so grateful for your support! And if you haven’t checked out their new location yet, I highly recommend stopping by. Great vibes and delicious food! 🌮✨ Thank you, 4 Lokos, for showing up for our community! 🙏🏼 • #yumaaz #nonprofit #givingback #donation #local by @thegraceinus_

We’re more than a gym 💗 @gracestrengthhaven Some of our gym girls and Chris spent the morning volunteering as @thegraceinus_ and helped set up for tonight’s @bridgetsgiftyuma Concert/ Fundraiser! They do such meaningful work for our community and we were grateful to be a small part of it! Then we stopped by @hisnherscoffeeco to celebrate their new location ☕️✨ I’m so thankful for the people who show up, serve and support our community together! The ones who were in town came out to give back and it reminded me how special this group is! I truly believe the women who walk through our gym doors were meant to find one another. We’re here to get stronger, but we’re also here to lift each other up and serve others! “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another…” — 1 Peter 4:10 💕 • #yumaaz #volunteer #gymgirls #volunteer #personaltrainer by @thegraceinus_

210 Unstoppable Women 💗⛰️ We started the morning with prayer, just as every good thing should begin, followed by singing from @laluz89 and a yoga warm up with the one and only @brujamagick.yoga ! Then we headed up the pass in five groups led by @kats_kulture_aesthetics , @tea__wat , @berenicethemomma , @brujamagick.yoga , and @andreasinsuranceandtax 🥾 All morning, we reminded each other to listen to our bodies, take breaks and turn back whenever we were ready! Not everyone made it to the top and that was never the goal. The goal was to show up, move at your own pace and enjoy the morning together! For those who reached the top, we celebrated and some joined the Pilates Queen herself, @evo__method ✨Then we made our way back down and rewarded ourselves with refreshments from @socialbrewcoffeeco , @st.bessjuices , @hnzcoffeeco and @cielocafemunchis ☕️🧃 Three years ago, this began as a small town girl’s dream! Yesterday, 210 women came together on that trail. Our youngest hiker was 6 years old and our oldest was 59! 💪🏼 Before we began, I prayed that every woman would feel God’s presence and know she wasn’t alone, that she would find peace, comfort, protection, healing, rest, or whatever her heart needed that morning. I prayed for new friendships, safe steps on the trail and the strength to keep going at each woman’s own pace. I hope you left with even more than you came expecting🙏🏼 Thank you to everyone who believed in this vision from day one, every woman who joined us for the first time, our incredible guides, volunteers, sponsors and everyone who helped make this morning so special! We raised $464 for @thegraceinus_ ! 💗 Thank you for showing up and continuing to support this dream and our community. God is so good! “Where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” ✨Matthew 18:20 • #TelegraphPass #WomensHike #yumaaz #WomenSupportingWomen #personaltrainer by @thegraceinus_

Good company and a reminder to use the gifts given to us to love on others. 🤍 Proud to support @thegraceinus_ 🌸🩷 These shirts share the message of 1 Peter 4:10: use the gifts you’ve received to serve others, faithfully caring for the grace God has entrusted to you. What I love about this verse is that our gifts look different, but each of us has something to give. Your gift might be your creativity, your voice, your ability to lead, or the way you make someone feel welcome and understood. Even something that comes naturally to you can make a meaningful difference in someone else’s life. It makes me think about why I love dance, volunteering, and helping other women find their confidence. There’s so much purpose in taking something you love and using it to pour into someone else.🫂 Grateful for all the women in my life who share their gifts so generously and inspire me to do the same. 🫶🏼 #community #becomingher #service #advocacy #girlhood by @thegraceinus_
Giving back to two schools that mean so much to me 💗 @ritfit.sports 💪🏼 I’m so grateful that, together with RitFit, we were able to donate fitness equipment to @yumahighofficial and @yumacatholichigh 🙏🏼✨ Yuma Catholic will always hold a special place in my heart because I went there as a student athlete. It feels extra special that this month is my 10 year reunion homecoming! Yuma High is meaningful to me, too. It’s on a different side of town from where I grew up and I’ve always wanted to find ways to support and connect with more students throughout our Yuma Community, especially after teaching inside Juvie! Fitness has always been a huge part of who I am. It’s how I connect with friends, clients, people I meet at events, past students and so many others! I’ve always hoped I could use that passion to give back in a meaningful way. @ritfit.sports believed in this idea from the start and didn’t hesitate to help make it happen. I’m grateful they support not only me as an athlete, but also the values that matter to me, especially giving back to my community! And a special shoutout to the Snap-On owners for helping me load all these boxes for both schools and delivering them with me! I couldn’t have done it without you! 💗🛠️ I’m so excited to share more about what we were able to give these schools. It’s easy to focus on what we post, but what matters most is what we can do for others. This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time and I’m truly grateful we made it happen🙏🏼💪🏼💗 📸: @glasshouse_shotme • #yumaaz #ritfit #ritfitathlete #donation #athletes by @thegraceinus_
