If you’re feeling stuck with gut issues and exhausted from guessing what to try next — this is for you.

You don’t need another supplement, protocol, or elimination diet thrown at you.
You need clarity.

I created a simple gut health intake to help understand what your body is actually asking for before doing more.

No pressure. No rushing. Just a clear starting point.

👉 Start with the Gut Health Intake in my bio.

Let’s face it! We have to examine closely EVERYTHING we are putting into our mouths these days. Many things out there have been shown to cause all sorts of issues and disrupt the way our gut is able to function and filter them out. Unfortunately, food dyes are one of these things. But I have great news for you! There are many companies out there who have made the switch to natural food colorings used from sources such as beets and Tumeric. So, to solve this issue, try to avoid packages and processed foods as much as possible and check your labels! What healthy swaps have you made to avoid harmful food coloring additives? ⁣#hormones #guthealth #health #hypothyroid #wellness #nutrition #probiotics #bloating #constipation #healthyfood #cleaneating #holistichealth #healthyliving #healthyrecipes #guthealthtips #detox #ibs #dairyfree #healthygut #glutenfree #organic #foodismedicine #digestivehealth #holisticnutritionist #fatigue #abdominalpain #inflammation #holisticnutrition #functionalmedicine by @thegutmechanic

This might annoy the detox crowd. 👀

You’re bloated. Your jeans feel tight. You’re tired of feeling uncomfortable in your own body.

Then you see it: another cleanse promising a “fresh start.”

And honestly? I get the appeal. When you feel awful, you want something that works NOW.

But before you buy another protocol… what does your everyday life look like?

Coffee instead of breakfast?
Barely eating until dinner?
Five hours of sleep?
Going days without pooping?

Those things deserve attention, too. They aren’t glamorous, and they don’t come with a dramatic before-and-after—but they matter.

You deserve more than a cycle of feeling miserable, cleansing, and starting over.

Have you ever done a cleanse? Did it help, do nothing, or make you feel worse? Tell me your experience below. 👇 by @thegutmechanic

Imagine your baby’s skin being inflamed since birth. Trying everything you can, hoping for relief—and still wondering WHY. 💔

That’s where this little boy’s mom was when we started working together.

So we looked deeper. We ran his labs and identified specific markers that helped guide a personalized plan focused on his gut health and nutrient deficiencies.

We finally had something concrete to work on—and six weeks into that plan, look at his progress. 🤍

This is why I’m passionate about investigating what may be contributing to skin issues. Behind every before-and-after is a child who deserves comfort and a mama who deserves to have her questions heard. Comment HEAL for answers and I will personally reach out by @thegutmechanic

POV: you eat one perfectly normal meal and suddenly your jeans are negotiating terms of surrender. 😂

You unbutton them. You blame the broccoli. You blame the gluten. You blame the moon. You tell yourself, “I guess this is just what my stomach does.”

Meanwhile your gut is sitting there with a clipboard like: Ma’am. I have filed SEVERAL complaints.

Bloating after every meal may be common, but that doesn’t mean you have to normalize feeling 6 months pregnant by dinner.

Sometimes the bloating is the breadcrumb. Digestion, motility, stress, food breakdown, gut imbalance, inflammation… your body usually has a reason for being loud.

And no, the answer isn’t always “just stop eating everything.” 😅

Your gut isn’t dramatic. She’s just been trying to get your attention.

Tell me: what food do you automatically blame when the bloat hits? 👇🏼 by @thegutmechanic

SKIN ISSUES ARE OFTEN A SIGN
OF SOMETHING DEEPER 👀 TEST DON’T GUESS!

Nutrient deficiencies • Gut imbalances
Environmental exposures • Inflammation

And then underneath, bigger:

Don’t just chase the skin.
LOOK DEEPER. 🧩

Does your little struggle with skin issues?

Happy Anniversary to us yesterday! 15 years ❤️ by @thegutmechanic

I used to think my body was working against me.

The truth? It was trying to tell me something.

Bloating, fatigue, food sensitivities, hormone imbalances, brain fog… they’re often symptoms, not the root problem.

Healing starts when you stop guessing and start understanding what your body actually needs.

If you’re wondering what might be contributing to your symptoms, I created a free Root Cause Quiz to help you identify the biggest patterns.

Comment “QUIZ” below and I’ll send it to you. 🤍 by @thegutmechanic

Your gut doesn’t heal overnight.

But the habits you repeat every morning matter.

Everyone talks about what to eat for breakfast, but very few people talk about how your first meal affects your digestion.

If you struggle with bloating, constipation, acid reflux, or a sensitive stomach, try starting your day with something warm instead of cold.

One of my favorites is bone broth with eggs. It’s rich in protein, collagen, glycine, and minerals that help nourish your gut while being incredibly easy to digest.

No, this won’t heal your gut overnight. But simple habits like this, repeated consistently, can make a big difference over time.
