Tell me you’re a Pilates instructor without telling me you’re a Pilates instructor 🍾💀

I have a problem 😂

Who else is physically incapable of switching off from their job? 🤣😬🌶️🫠🍸

Every one of these goody bags went to someone who showed up and finished. That’s the whole point of a challenge: you come in not sure you can, and you leave knowing you did.

Next challenge starts 1 November.

If you missed the last one, now’s your chance to start.

Book your place through the link in bio.

Who’s in? 🤍

I forgot to prep this month’s PC playlist.

Made it an hour before class. It was a massive success.

A previous version of me wouldn’t have done that — it wasn’t perfect, I needed more time.

Now I know: done is better than perfect. Experience built over 17 years lets you show up imperfect.

This is #16 of 17 things I’ve learned 🤍

I got rid of the walk-in model because the atmosphere was wrong. People on phones, hanging around, no intensity. Now everyone comes in to train.

Quality over quantity — always. 17 years in — this is #15 of 17 things I’ve learned. 🤍

In case I haven’t told you lately. You belong here ♥️
