Our bestie invited us to check out her favorite gym, so you know we had to pull up to @a_dfitness 🔥

We hit their Memorial Day workout and the vibe was everything — packed class, nonstop energy, and a workout that definitely had us feeling it after…actually still feeling it😅😮‍💨

They offer a mix of HIIT, boxing, HYROX training, Pilates, and personal training, so whether you’re trying to level up your fitness or just switch up your routine, they’ve got it.

Definitely go check them out & tell them we sent you!! 🫡💪🏽

Classic RI… soon as the weather starts getting nice, you already know we had to take a trip out to Newport ☀️🌊

Stopped by Tidal Wave in the heart of the city and caught a spin class with Carina—owner and instructor—and she definitely brought the energy.

Had us in a whole vibe, pushing through every ride 😮‍💨🔥 and we loved every minute of it.

They offer mat Pilates, spin, yoga, HIIT, and personal & small group training sessions ($40 a session = a steal)—so if you’re in Newport, it’s a solid spot to get a workout in before enjoying the rest of your day! Tell them we sent you!! ----> @twtrainingstudio

We hit up Push Factory in North Providence and walked out contemplating life (in the best way 🫠😅).

This training space is for ya’ll that are ready to level up — whether you’re jumping into a group class or going all in with 1:1 coaching (and there’s so much to choose from). It’s less about comfort, more about grit.

Not gonna lie, their workouts are not for faint of heart -Straight strength and endurance! You’ve gotta mentally lock in before you walk through those doors… and def bring your water 🥵

Go check them out and tell them we sent you! —> @push_factory 🐶💪🫡

Just checked out REP Society in Norton, MA and we def get the hype!

The space is modern, the equipment setup is designed for lifting, and the overall vibe is focused but welcoming.

Definitely more of a boutique training environment than your typical commercial gym — which makes it great if you’re looking for somewhere to stay consistent and push your training to the next level while getting the perks of a dope aesthetic 💁🏽‍♀️

If you’re in the MA/RI area, this just might be your spot- check em’ out—-> @repsocietynorton
