🍿✈️ HELP ME POP OFF TO GHANA! 🇬🇭❤️💛💚

One of my biggest personal goals has always been to travel the world, experience new cultures, explore new places, and see life beyond what I’ve always known (especially the food! 😂🍽️).

Now, I have the opportunity to take my FIRST TRIP OUTSIDE OF THE COUNTRY to Ghana in March 2027 with the Study Abroad Program! 🥹🌍

But I need YOUR help to make this dream a reality!

The Mass Communications department is partnering with Double Good Popcorn for a fundraiser to help support this journey. Every popcorn purchase brings me one step closer to checking another dream off my list!

🍿 Here’s how you can help:
- Purchase a bag (or a few!) of Double Good popcorn.
- Share this post with your friends and family.
- Help spread the word!

Whether you purchase or share, every bit of support makes a difference. I would love for you all to be part of my journey as I take this first step toward my goal of traveling the world!

Getting out, getting active, and getting into something NEW! ⛳️✨

Thank you to the Center for Inclusive Success and Achievement (C.I.S.A.) at Albany State University for the opportunity to visit River Pointe Golf Course! I learned so much about its history, met some amazing people, and had a great time. Definitely an exciting experience worth having! 💛 by @theharmonynicole

🎃 RAM RAID RECAP! ❤️👻

The Beta Beta Epsilon Chapter of Lambda Pi Eta had the pleasure of spreading Halloween cheer through service and giving back! This year, we came together to prepare 200 Halloween bags to serve both the Albany State University family and the greater Albany, Georgia community.

We are grateful for the opportunity to pour into our campus and the community we call home.

A message from one woman to another. 💕✨

At the 100 Women in Heels event at Albany State University, I had the opportunity to ask women one simple question: **“What would you like to say to the next woman?”**

This video is a reminder that sometimes, the words we need to hear most come from another woman who has been there. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, finding your confidence, chasing your dreams, or simply learning to give yourself grace, I hope these words remind you that you are never alone. 💗

May we continue to pour into one another, uplift one another, and remind each other of the power we hold. Because sometimes, all it takes is one woman’s words to inspire another woman to keep going. 🫶🏽

**To the next woman: keep going, keep growing, and never forget who you are.** 🌷

Today, I volunteered at the United Ways of Southwest Georgia, a nonprofit organization that’s dedicated to providing services to 15 counties. We made over 150+ supply bags and successfully handed them out at local elementary schools such as Live Oak Elementary and Northside Elementary.

I had the amazing opportunity to work alongside the team of United Way and learn to organize and execute service work.

What an insightful morning behind the scenes at WALB 10 TV! 📺✨☀️

I had the incredible opportunity to step into the local newsroom in Albany, Georgia, and shadow Multimedia Journalist Quinlan Parker-Paige during both the 6:30 AM and 11:00 AM broadcasts. From early morning prep to meeting the set, seeing the dedication it takes to inform our community firsthand was an amazing experience.

During my time at the station, I also got to meet News Director Jerry Goodman and learn directly from industry professionals. I walked away with hands-on newsroom skills such as script writing, learning the ins and outs of on-air talent, news production, and so much more.

Grateful for this insightful moment behind the camera and inspired for what’s next! 🎥🎙️📰

🩵WORLD SUICIDE PREVENTION DAY💜🌎
SPET 10,2026:

I along with David Otobo (Leader of @runthegrind.asu) came together to organize a community run event titled “Faith In Motion” in recognition of World Suicide Prevention Day. We successfully carried out the project and brought out 20+ students who participated.

I want to thank God for rooting the idea of this as well as a huge shoutout to the leader of Run The Grind (David Otobo) for collaborating with me on this and bringing this opportunity to light💡. Thank you to everyone who decided to wake up at 6AM and put on their blue and purple and participate.

My message:

“Life can feel like a lot sometimes, especially when we deal with factors such as pressure, stress, loneliness, and moments when you wonder if you’re really going to make it. But God’s plan for your life is bigger than the season you’re in. To every survivor, we see you, we celebrate you, and we’re grateful you’re still here. Keep going. Your story isn’t over. “ 🙏🏽✨

As my term as Miss Delta Delta 2025 👑 has come to its end,

I want to say thank you to the brothers of the Delta Delta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and the Delta Delta Alumni for your continuous support, encouragement, and contributions to my platform throughout this journey. Serving in this role has been such an honor, and I’ll forever be grateful for the opportunity to represent something greater than myself.

To my court and pageant sisters, thank you for the genuine friendships, memories, and sisterhood that came from this experience. You all made this journey even more special, and I truly wish nothing but success for each of you.

To the incoming 2026 court, good luck on your journey! Embrace every moment, continue serving with purpose, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Lastly, thank you to everyone in the community who allowed me to serve, connect, and grow throughout my reign. Although my term may be ending, my platform continues. 🤍

Ladies and Gentlemen, Hear me out...

As I conclude my sophomore year here at Albany State University, I want to label this year as a humbling experience. My sophomore year tested me in unexpected ways. There were moments where I honestly lost sight of my purpose, my goals, and even who I naturally was. But through it all, God reminded me how far I’ve come and showed me that the light at the end of the tunnel is near.

I am blessed to share that I ended the year with excellent grades while serving as Sophomore Class Senator, SASS Event Coordinator, Miss Delta Delta 2025, and being welcomed into the Flamekeepers Program. I also worked as a Library Assistant for ASU and was blessed to participate in two internships with HBCU First and Overstreet Media Services.

Along the way, I hosted a makeup class that connected me with ASU alumni, led a Valentine’s Day community service initiative for ASU faculty and staff, founded my own faith-based community service organization, and met so many amazing people throughout the Albany, Georgia community as a leader, classmate, neighbor, and simply as myself.

Sophomore year wasn’t easy, but it shaped me into a stronger, wiser, and more grounded version of myself that I am proud to define as a “woman of impact”🤍 by @theharmonynicole
