We are still running tonight Friday 23rd and the pumpkin picking is still going ahead

We have been closely monitoring the weather on the farm, including wind speeds and rainfall similar to those forecast for Saturday.

Following our assessments, we have decided that the safest option is to cancel Saturday’s event.

The safety of our guests, actors and staff will always be our number one priority.

HARVEST OF HORROR: WEATHER UPDATE 🌧️🎃 🌪️

We’ve had lots of messages asking whether Harvest of Horror is still going ahead this weekend.

As things currently stand, WE ARE OPEN from 6:30pm on Friday!

Harvest of Horror is a predominantly sheltered event, with most of our attractions taking place inside barns, marquees and covered areas. Only our pumpkin area and Pumpkin Village are exposed to the elements.

We know the autumn weather can be unpredictable, with wind, rain and cold conditions, and we’ve been carefully monitoring the forecast over the past few days.

Our event has been planned with these conditions in mind, and we will continue to operate as long as it is safe to do so. The safety of our guests, staff and demons will always come first.

We are closely monitoring Met Office weather warnings, forecasts and actual conditions on the farm, particularly overnight and early in the morning when the strongest winds are expected.

At present, conditions are forecast to improve before our gates open at 6:30pm on Friday revealing a calmer drier evening.

We are also monitoring Saturday’s forecast. If wind speeds or conditions on site mean it is unsafe to open, we will make an announcement across our social media channels and contact ticket holders directly with details of the next steps.

For now, the harvest continues! 🌾💀

Please keep an eye on our social channels for any further updates, wrap up warm, wear suitable footwear and prepare for a night on the farm. by @theharvestofhorror
