Cheers to a fresh start in 2024.

Looking forward to a year of balance, joy, community, adventure, good health, creativity, love, and peace.

Oh, and if I could finally reach my goal of touching my toes, that would be cool too. Bonus points if I manage to grow a melon, any melon, in my garden this year.

Happy New Year!! by @theheatherfitzgerald

New work for @marieclaire_la featuring @shabmusicofficial

October was wild, but better late than never sharing these gorgeous images. This was such an exciting shoot to be a part of, and I love how everything turned out.

@jasonfitzgeraldphotography and I met @cherished_inevitable_downfall at a plant nursery last year, and she has such a cool look that we just had to ask if she would come to the studio to shoot.

To give some perspective on how long that *actually* took, she had a buzzed head when we first asked 😂

We had a great day playing with color, and I'm so happy to finally share these! Thanks @cherished_inevitable_downfall
for the fun shoot!!

Have yall heard of "dopamine dressing"?

I''m apparently late to the party, but it is a thing, and I am all in. I feel like this look is definitely a dopamine booster.

Neon top+animal print+pink eyeshadow+red lip? Yes, please.

It is all about mixing colors, prints, and textures that make you feel happy!! I think it works for clothing, hair, makeup, whatever. 2023 is the year of not holding back. Life is too short.

With all of the vintage sourcing I've been doing for @homewithtrove and my undying love for @therealreal, get ready to be blinded this year haha. I am feeling the feel good fashion. Dopamine dressing, here I come.

Ready to bring in the new year with sequins and bubbly!

I am so grateful for all that 2022 taught me. It was one of the hardest and most beautiful years of my life. Growing pains I suppose. It was a year of self discovery, and don't worry-I won't bore you with the details, but I will say that 2023 is going to be one of the most exciting years yet.

See y'all next year 💗 Have a joyous last day of 2022! Cheers to the new year and new opportunities 🥂 by @theheatherfitzgerald

The glow comes from within!

As a beauty professional and environmentalist, I get asked all the time about clean/toxin free/organic/cruelty free/vegan/etc makeup and skincare, and I will go into that later, but I want you to rethink the whole concept of beauty 👇

The best skin starts with healthy habits. This is very good news for the environment! It means fewer products and less pollution.

Cosmetics and skincare should compliment your lifestyle choices, not be the foundation of your beauty regimen.

What we put on our skin ends up being absorbed into our bodies and eventually the ingredients make it to our waterways as shown by EPA water testing. That is why I use as few products as I can, AND I double check @environmentalworkinggroup for product ratings before I shop for anything from shampoos and body lotion to eyeshadows and lipsticks.

The good news is, all of these healthy habits I share lead to a life of happiness and abundance! I always feel like I am gaining something beautiful not giving something up.
