Looking for a way to reset this October?

Join us every Sunday morning at The Hideout in Mui Wo for a 90-minute breathwork and sound therapy session led by Aigul Safiullina.

What to expect

We open together, move into guided breathwork (pranayama + modern techniques), then close with live sound — handpan, singing bowls and Koshi chimes. The goal is simple: softer body, clearer mind, steadier feeling when you leave.

Details

Every Sunday in October
10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
The Hideout, Mui Wo, Lantau Island

Aigul is a breathwork facilitator and sound therapist with 1,600 hours of formal training (including work with Dr Belisa Vranich, Patrick McKeown and Dr Gabor Maté).

Limited spaces.

“Mary Had a Little Lamb” is a two-part experiential project that brings together music, food, humans, and non-human audiences within a natural setting. Curated by @simulattionn and @100percentbakery, the project features a live DJ set recorded inside the Goat House, where goats roam freely, make their own sounds, and occasionally interrupt the scene—becoming an organic part of the recording. Alongside the set, four dishes are cooked and composed live by @compoplate beside the DJ deck, allowing sound, scent, and taste to unfold together in real time. As the sun sets, friends and goats gather to share the moment and the food, creating a collective experience shaped by music, nature, and presence.
