🤼THE ARENA – GROUND GAMES 4 OKTOBER

@satsangbjj — Renshu Fights is coming with two teams!🥋🔥🔥 by @theinjuryfixer

Very good way to end the summer… I used to only see this kind of fish in magazines. Last year I lived on the water and fished a lot but didn’t catch a fat one… this year I just did 2 quick morning sessions and on this second one I caught my biggest (and fattest) carp so far, that’s how it goes sometimes, happy days by @theinjuryfixer

Absolutely great road/camping trip through Europe with my daughter. Brabant, Cologne, Heidelberg, Porsche museum, Zurich, Lago Magiore, Como, Milan, back to Zwitserland because Italy was way to Hot, Brunnen and the Bodensee. Heidelberg and Brunnen were my personal favourites, highly recommended. Italy also beautiful but better in May or October I think when it’s not so hot! by @theinjuryfixer

Yesterday @barryvandorssen promoted me to brown belt 🙏

Really grateful to @renshufights which has been my home the last 2 years. Besides training they entrusted me with teaching (also at @bjj_academy_nn )which I’ve fallen in love with and has also helped my own Jiu Jitsu a lot.

Most important they’ve got a great group of people to share the mats with!

Can’t wait to prove my worth at this belt 💪

Finally, I wouldn’t have come this far without all the great people I’ve learned from in Thailand, @olavobjj @borntorollclub @magomet_matiev @benroyle145 @phuketgrapplingacademy @marcio.cesargracinha @charlyalcayaga @tuktukmafia and many more…

and of course the one who got me started and always put me through the wringer, my best friend @len_0594

An honor to have you there as well @remcopardoel @satsangbjj @helio_soneca , great seminar!

Uitslagen Gi:
🥇 Carlos Eduardo de Souza Castillo (Renshu/ Judo Academy NN)
🥇 John van der Meer
🥈 Robert Beerta
🥈 Joost Everts (Renshu/ Judo Academy NN)
🥉 Sebastiaan de Jong (Renshu)
🥉 Thomas Engberts
🥉 Alsajad Neimi (JES Heerenveen)

Uitslagen No-Gi:
🥈 John van der Meer
🥉 Alsajad Neimi (JES Heerenveen)
