Quit Vaping pt 2 ✨️‼️

I'm honored that so many of you who DM, texted or commented are being helped by this conversation. Thank you for sharing your stories with me.

Part 2 is about what to expect when you quit specially Day 1-3, as well as some resources. As per usual.. Im a lil long winded 😅🤭 but just know that I'm wholeheartedly having this convo so that those of you who need it can benefit from it 💞

Some Resources⚠️

Escape the Vape App

In NY we have: https://www.nysmokefree.com/drop-the-vape/

Also shoutout to @tridentgum my gum of choice.. it sounds funny but it has been really helpful

So I'm finally discussing something that took me a lot to admit to myself. I didn't want to make a ready-for-socials, super hyper edited video because that wouldnt make this conversation genuine.

This is a conversation.. and its messy and sometimes I ramble but I'm telling the story so that it can benefit whoever needs a push to quit vaping.

And if you're not ready yet at least you know its something that's possible.. even for someone like me who made it a decade long habit. 💞

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns you'd like for me to answer in part 2. I want to be able to share resources, tips and to help whoever may need it. Thank you for listening to me yap. Its been 134 days, heres to 134 more !

So you wanna be a sexy 💋 vampire for halloween.. (or sexy anything 😂🤭 but let's start with 🧛‍♀️)

I find that the Shadow of Secrets eyeshadow palette @colourpopcosmetics works extremely well for that type of halloween look 💋

I also used the ao juicy plumping gloss balm in Spice level
