POSTS STORIES REELS

I'm 43 and I'm not embarrassed to admit that:

1. I’m discovering who I am and learning to have fun again, a word that almost feels foreign to me after being a mom for more than half of my life and centering my life around family and work. I’m both excited and nervous for this next season as my “showtime.”

2. I filled everyone else’s love tank while neglecting my own needs and giving myself whatever was left over. I’m now allowing God to fill mine too.

3. I overwork myself and sacrifice sleep to doom scroll or binge as a reward for working so hard. It feels like I’m choosing myself, and I’m realizing there are healthier ways to do that.

4. I’ve struggled to prioritize my health because everything else was fighting for my attention. I’m realizing that loving myself is just as important as loving those around me.

5. I can be my worst critic. It’s easier for me to celebrate other people’s wins than my own, and I’m learning to be my own biggest cheerleader.

6. I’ve been reluctant to make big goals because I’ve let myself down countless times. Now, I’m choosing to celebrate the small progress and the person I’m becoming along the way.

7. I don’t always stay motivated, but there’s something meaningful about being in this season with my teenagers and adult child, all of us fighting for our own dreams together.

8. I stopped sharing about my life, real estate business, and investing journey on social media because it felt safer not to put myself in the spotlight. But the truth is, I have a story to share, and maybe it can help someone else too.

I’m still trying to figure out life. Just learning, growing, celebrating the small wins, and becoming all that I’m called to be.

Personal growth --> More opportunities

My first mentor told me, “You don’t have money. That’s exactly why you need to work harder on yourself than on your business.”

I spent years ignoring her advice and trying to figure it out on my own. Eventually, I realized I couldn’t afford not to invest in myself. I finally did, and I haven’t stopped since.

My message to you is simple: Your greatest investment is in yourself. Keep growing, and opportunities will follow. Together, we can grow, make an impact, and change the world for the better! by @thejessicatsang

On the way home after touring a few multi-million-dollar homes while listening to this song, I felt God ask me a simple question:

“If you had to choose between the homes or loving on and being with the orphans, which would you choose?”

Without a doubt, the orphans.

And then I looked up at the sky and saw this for the very first time.

Curious about the blue, I looked it up and found this: “In the Bible, blue in a rainbow generally symbolizes heaven, divine truth, and the presence or holiness of God.”

😭😭😭 He always has a way of speaking directly to my soul.

Be encouraged. In the middle of all the noise, He still knows exactly how to get our attention and remind us what matters to us. by @thejessicatsang

POV: Your child’s bedroom view in Chicago

Growing up with Millennium Park and Maggie Daley Park as the backyard, the Chicago skyline outside the window, and the energy of the city just steps from home.

Sometimes luxury isn’t about having more. It’s about waking up to an experience most people travel to see.
This is what growing up in the heart of Chicago can look like.

If this is the kind of Chicago lifestyle you’ve been looking for, let’s find the view you’ll love coming home to. by @thejessicatsang

Ten years ago, as a homeschooling working mom, I was in a season where everything seemed to need me. I was feeling depleted.

I thought I was showing up for everyone and everything around me. Truth be told, I was only able to show up half-empty.

I didn’t know how I could keep going, trying to meet everyone’s needs.

Yet, God is so faithful.

He met me exactly where I was. He filled my cup when it was empty. He healed me in places I didn’t even know needed healing. He overwhelmed me with His love and presence so I could extend that same love to others.

He showed me that He sees me and wants me.

I’m no longer loving out of my own effort. He is empowering me to love from the overflow of what He has already poured into me.

More peace. More power. More love. by @thejessicatsang

This changed everything for me:

Embrace change. Don’t settle. Stay adventurous.

I’m learning that life gets a lot more interesting when I stop trying to control every outcome and stay open to what’s next.

New places, new experiences, new opportunities, and a real estate business that now span IL and GA.

Still learning. Still growing. Still exploring. by @thejessicatsang

After decades of life experiences, I've realized that I'm often my biggest stumbling block. This is one of the most important lessons I've learned in life.

If you want result, get out of your own way.

If you want to win, get out of your own way.

If you want breakthrough, get out of your own way.

I don’t think getting out of our own way means suppressing or ignoring our feelings. It means quieting the voice that talks us out of doing what needs to be done to move our life forward.

Feel it, acknowledge it, but don’t let it keep you stuck :) by @thejessicatsang

I used to believe being available around the clock made me a responsible real estate agent.

Until I realized I was neglecting the most important relationships around me, the very reason why I work so hard.

That’s when I finally started prioritizing what truly matters in life, being present for it, and attracting clients who honor and respect boundaries. by @thejessicatsang

I used to believe the better I performed, the more secure I would feel. I’d sign up for anything that could help me better myself.

Eventually, I became overwhelmed and found myself constantly learning instead of putting what I learned into action.

Now, I focus on developing skills that align with my goals and passions in life. No more being a jack of all trades, master of none. by @thejessicatsang

Some homes check boxes.
This one just feels different ✨

From the moment you walk in…
you notice the light, the space, the way everything flows.

Dual staircases.
A layout that actually makes sense.
A primary suite that feels like your own private retreat.

And the basement…
completely finished with a home theater 🎬

All sitting on a rare over half-acre lot in a walk-to-town Hinsdale location.

Come see it in Hinsdale, IL in person tomorrow.
You’ll get it right away.
