Captivate my heart over and over again. May the privilege of waiting on the Lord, and laying down at the foot of the cross never end. “His faithful hand has held me all this way. And when I’m old and grey and all my days are numbered on the earth, let it be known, in you alone, my joy was found.” - @steffanydawn #Jesus #DesertRose by @thejourneyofhope

Oh the joy of having your hands in the soil, bare feet in the mud, surrounded by so many smiles and fully brimming hearts. What a true honor it was to be welcomed into this sacred Wahi Pana, to learn from the wisdom of the Kūpuna, and to be invited to mālama ‘Āina—to care for the land that continues to give life to the generations yet to come, alongside an ‘ohana that’s devoted to this community. Mahalo @mokuwaipikopoi & @oweita for the opportunity to grow, and to be a part of such a beautiful dream that represents life, hope, and deep connection to the land and the people. @poiwahine we can’t wait for more of your story to unfold! . . #Kaukau4Keiki #Mokuwaipikopoi #community #Waipio #mālamaaina #lo’i #Kalo #kalofarming #taroagriculture #taro #oo #mahiai #piko #poi #ohana #piha #growth #wahipana #moolelo #Haloa #Wākea #hoʻohōkūkalani #kingkamehameha #kanaka #kanakamaoli #HāmākuaCoast #BigIslandHawaii by @thejourneyofhope
