We’ve all heard it a hundred times…

“God won’t give you more than you can handle.”

I couldn’t disagree more.

Throughout our lives, God will absolutely give us situations we can’t handle.

I know because I’ve lived it.

The same year I had my first million-dollar month, I lost two business partners, got sued, watched people I trusted disappear, and took millions of dollars in losses that took years to recover from.

For my entire life, my answer to every problem had been to work harder.

But that year, for the first time, I couldn’t outwork what was in front of me.

And that’s exactly where I learned the difference between self-reliance and God-reliance.

I’d been going to church for years, but that was the first time I ever had to truly LIVE my faith.

When everything the world celebrated about me was stripped away, my faith was the rock at the bottom.

It had been there all along.

If you’re in a season right now that feels like more than you can carry, you’re not failing.

You’re being invited into something deeper.

Lean in.

He is exact, He is precise, and He is ALWAYS on time. by @thekellyroach

Anyone else? 🙌🏼 by @thekellyroach

👆🏼Don’t forget the real reason you are building.

The money is nice but remember… some people are so poor, that the money is all they have.

I’ll take this life any day. 🤍 by @thekellyroach

The most common reason small business owners fail to scale past the high 6-figure/ low 7-figure mark…

👉🏼 When the CEO doesn’t clearly communicate the vision consistently with the team (so they are not anchored deeply in the direction and goals for the business).

👉🏼 The leader is constantly changing directions and everyone is confused, always starting over, and the energy is chaotic.

👉🏼 Systems for client management (i.e results, retention, renewals, referrals) are not dialed-in so churn distracts and overwhelms the team, taking the focus off growth and forcing everyone into firefighting mode.

The FIX:

Set a clear direction.

Communicate it often.

Keep weekly cadence to review, discuss and unpack progress.

Stay steady and calm in the direction and commitment to what you are executing.

And remember… systems set you free! by @thekellyroach

It’s easy to get distracted when the world places priority on all the wrong things.

But remember… Your purpose was already clear before any of them showed up.

Let your MARRIAGE be a testimony.

Let the way you raise your CHILDREN be a testimony.

Let the way you treat your TEAM be a testimony. by @thekellyroach

You 👏🏼 can 👏🏼 do 👏🏼 both.

I’m tired of the narrative that successful business leaders can’t also be hands-on parents who are home for dinner, present at their kids’ sports and activities, and actively involved in their children’s learning and education.

That if you want to be successful then you need to be comfortable with skipping out on the dance recital every now and then.

I’m sorry… but isn’t the dance recital the whole point?

My daughter has sat in on my launches, come with me to media appearances, speaking engagements and business events, AND my husband and I have never missed a dance recital.

Please don’t become so poor that all you have is money… by @thekellyroach

If I could live by one quote for the rest of my life… by @thekellyroach

More than a decade ago, my first “group program” was me and 3 clients on a conference line.

But I kept building, because I saw the company it was going to become.

Today, I have served thousands of clients, helped hundreds build business to 6, 7 and even 8-figures. I run a portfolio of 6 companies, have been featured in Inc., Forbes, Business Insider, USA today and other major media outlets.

If you refuse to play bigger because the people around, you only can see as far as they’ve been willing to go themselves, remember that they’re telling you about their limit limits, not yours.

So stop waiting for people to “get it.”

They might never get it. You don’t need them to.

Put your blinders on, stay in your lane, and do the work every single day even when no one is there to clap for you.

The vision was planted inside of you for a reason. by @thekellyroach

AI doesn't grow businesses, neither do "AI Employees"..

Launches grow businesses.

Sales grow businesses.

Increasing lifetime value grows businesses.

Improving client retention grows businesses.

Building a lean, profitable team grows businesses.

Leading your industry in innovation grows businesses.

Excellent service grows businesses.

AI CAN be used to make all of those things easier, but all the AI in the world won’t grow your business if you don’t know the strategy and have the skills to do the things above.

AI is a tool and should be used as a tool.

But it isn’t going to single-handedly grow your business… you and your team are. by @thekellyroach

We spent four years testing business models so you don’t have to:

An agency.
A membership.
A networking community.

All while still running + growing our high-ticket coaching company.

Spoiler...all of them can work, and they did.

When we stepped back and looked at what each required, one path was clearly the simplest.

Fewer calls, a leaner team, + more ways for customers to buy without another Zoom on the calendar.

That path is why the business grew this summer while I was in Italy for several weeks.
It took years of testing to find it, and now it gives back more than it takes.

This week I taught the whole thing live in Your Quiet Millionaire Era.

And now… I want to help you step into yours.

For the first time ever, we’re offering all of the coaching and support you need… without the commitment of a coaching program.

No Zoom calls.

No hours-long training curriculum.

Just a small group of less than 20 business leaders and on-demand Whatsapp coaching from me and Danielle, president of Kelly Roach international.

Growth isn’t the same as freedom, in fact, it can often mean the opposite.

More growth = less time for real life.

But when growth meets leverage, you can keep scaling while creating MORE space.

To learn exactly how to do this, join me on October 13th for my new training: Your Quiet Millionaire Era.
