“the line ‘chasing the silhouette of the Holy Ghost’ doesn’t feel complete without the next line, ‘am i losing it?’ that changes the meaning for me. i’ve struggled pretty severely with religious ocd/scrupulosity. it’s often made a relationship with God really really hard, exhausting, and painful when i know that’s not what it’s supposed to be. so sometimes that feeling of like, ‘for all that i’m trying and for all that i’m chasing… am i still losing it?’ is really disheartening. that’s what scrupulosity feels like to me. it feels like you can never make a mistake. or that you can’t ever really do enough. i know the point is that there is nothing you can do to earn it. i think as human beings we intellectually understand that but often times don’t really operate that way. that’s the case for me at least.” - @garonbrett ❤️‍🩹 by @thekingwillcomemusic

so many cool things happening in utah. God is moving! thank you to @goodnewsbrandco for inviting us to be part of rvvl this week. 🙌 also…everybody in the audience was challenged at rvvl to express gratitude to someone who has helped them come closer to Jesus. so we want to thank you for how you have helped all of us come closer to Jesus. the way you show up in the comments, at shows, and behind-the-scenes. 🥹 thank you again and again. we love you 🫶 📸: @shealindseyphoto by @thekingwillcomemusic
