I don’t care who you are, where you’re from… this was iconic. by @thekitt_inn

Mama and kitties are all set up comfy and cozy and here to stay! Now that I have a little time with them there is no question mama is being super attentive to the kittens, I think the hygiene just fell behind as they had to go on so many car rides in such a short amount of time and never got to rest. We have one little one that is almost half the size of the others and poor little guy is the dirtiest one 😅 he has a funny little face too, he must look like the dad. We don't really like bathing neonates but this may be an exception I have to consider, idk if mom will be able to get him adequately clean herself. I'll continue to monitor. Other than that I am happy to report all 5 are happy and healthy 🥰 by @thekitt_inn

When I walked into the rescue, the first thing one of the girls told me was 'we have bad news...they stink!' I said 'pfffttt, That's great news. I thought you're gonna tell me something actually bad!' We discussed how she is probably a young mama cat and doesn't have enough experience to keep up with the kittens hygiene as she has travels so many times in the last 48 hours. She was first surrendered to Animal Foundation, picked up, brought back due to allergies, brought to the rescue clinic then brought to the rescue THEN picked up by me all in 48 hours. Keeping up with all their hygiene and her own has clearly been hard for mama cat so I'm hoping a few days in my foster home will help her catch up! In the car I could clearly tell she was trying but wow did they stink, I had to keep rolling my windows down it was that bad 😅 we will get her all set up and comfy cozy, I can already tell she is super super sweet by @thekitt_inn

Mama was surrendered to the municipal center and after 7 different car rides, mama, I promise I am the last stop and you are going to get comfortable caring for your babies in the safest sweetest foster home 🥹🥹 by @thekitt_inn

From a car tire to a fireman’s arms, being nervous in a new space to running the house like they owned it… these two sisters have come so far. 💕

Fostering isn’t always instant cuddles—it takes patience, quiet moments, and lots of love (and a few squeeze-ups 🐾). Slowly, day by day, they learned that people mean safety, comfort, and kindness.

Now, they’re off to their forever home, ready to bring joy to their new family. Watching them bloom has been the sweetest 🌸 by @thekitt_inn

Emo celebrated his birthday with a cake. His foster mom @thekitt_inn made sure he had an awesome day. by @thekitt_inn

Imagine if everything was new all of a sudden! New rooms, new smells, new snuggly beds 🐾 These two sweet sisters are starting the process of settling into their foster room. Transitions can take time, sometimes a week or two, so we’re starting small, going slow, and letting trust grow at their pace.

For now, we’re bonding over squeeze-ups and churros (aka kitten charcuterie 😻) and building positive associations one treat at a time. Watching shy kittens bloom is always worth the wait. 🌸

Welcome these two little girls to our house! They have started off timid but some churros are helping them loosen up! We’ve got to figure out names as well! by @thekitt_inn

Our first set of 2025 is here!! They recently weened from the bottle are still figuring out chewing 😂 we have 2 with injuries and already determined we have to keep them separated because we have one trying to nurse on the others 🤭 #cutekittens #fosterkittens by @thekitt_inn

After two months of hard work, love, and patience, these two sweet kittens are officially ready for adoption! 🐾 When they first came to me, they were scared, unsocial, and unsure of the indoor world. They were filthy, shy, and lacked confidence.

Now? They’re completely transformed—loving, sweet, and full of personality. They come to me for attention, fall asleep in my arms, and have grown into the kind of kittens every adopter dreams of. 💕

They’ve moved on to PetSmart, where they’re waiting to meet their forever family! Meanwhile, their two brothers still need a little more time with me to build up their confidence, but they’ll be ready soon.

Watching these kittens grow and blossom has been so rewarding, and I can’t wait to see them find their perfect homes by @thekitt_inn
