Our favorite part of closing day? Knowing we’ll see you again!

We loved catching up with so many of you over breakfast at Billy G’s. Getting to hear you share your home stories in your own words made the morning even more special.

Thank you for trusting The Kittner Real Estate Group with such a big chapter of your lives. We’re grateful we get to keep cheering you on long after the keys change hands.

We stopped by The Black Flame Candle at Ballpark Village yesterday, and here’s a peek inside! If your Halloween crew is still figuring out plans, send this their way. 🎃

Check @bpvstl for current hours, reservation details and more events before heading out!

Negotiating offers by day, becoming a whole new person by night. Which wig deserves their own business card? 👀 #thekittnergroup #wigparty #realestateagent #girlsnight #girlnightout by @thekittnergroup

“Can you use it in a sentence?” quickly became a negotiation tactic. And honestly, we should’ve known a group of real estate agents would try to negotiate their way into another chance. 🤣

We’re used to a little competition, but apparently bragging rights at the office are just as serious as a multiple-offer situation. 🏆

Three standards. A powerful reminder from Chris Pronger’s keynote in Kansas City:

• Be the hardest worker in the room.
• Fuel yourself to sustain that effort.
• Take full ownership—no excuses, no blaming others.

What stood out most? The hardest shift was taking ownership. Being willing to look at yourself, accept feedback, and recognize where you need to improve takes work.

Growth means putting what we learned into practice, especially when things get challenging.

What’s one non-negotiable standard you hold yourself to? #growthmindset #entrepreneurship #realestateagent by @thekittnergroup

One of the things we love about St. Louis? There’s always something happening in the community.

Art in the Park brings Francis Park to life with incredible artists, unique pieces, live music, food, and a community of people coming together to celebrate creativity.

Whether you’re searching for a new piece for your home, supporting local artists, or just looking for another reason to explore STL, this is one local tradition worth knowing about. @aitpslh @aitpslh @aitpslh

We asked St. Louis locals for an underrated place to visit, and this answer deserves its own day out.

The Saint Louis Art Museum is one of those places you can walk into “just for a little bit” and end up exploring for hours.

Send this to the friend you’d take on an art museum day. @stlartmuseum
