Giving thanks for the air in my lungs and the beautiful nature all around. Stopped and examined all the flowers on our walk home from school. A reminder to take things sloooooooow and enjoy the present moment.

Have you been outside? Have you take a moment to feel the breeze on your skin? Smell the flowers?

“Walking on a regular basis also promotes new connections between brain cells, staves off the usual withering of brain tissue that comes with age, increases the volume of the hippocampus (a brain region crucial for memory), and elevates levels of molecules that both stimulate the growth of new neurons and transmit messages between them.”- @ferrisjabr by @thekushnurse

And it was so…

11 Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so. 12 The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. 13 And there was evening, and there was morning—the third day.

Genesis 1:11-13

Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.” And it was so.
Genesis 1:29-30

🌙 Struggling with Sleep? Cannabis May Help! 🌿💤⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sleep is vital for our overall well-being, but many adults struggle to get the rest they need. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Did you know that cannabis can help promote relaxation and improve your sleep quality? It's true! 🤓 During our consults, we prioritize addressing sleep issues because it's that important. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Certain cannabis strains have sedating effects that can assist with falling asleep and staying asleep, making a world of difference in your energy, mood, and daily functioning.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you're dealing with chronic pain or a stressed-out mind and body, cannabis can provide relief, mental ease, and calmness, setting the stage for a peaceful night's sleep.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When it comes to cannabis consumption methods, it's essential to know what works best for sleep. According to *Real World Evidence (RWE) collected in my clinical practice: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
😴 Oral/Edible Products:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To GET to sleep, clients report taking 1-2 hours before bedtime.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To STAY asleep, clients report take right at bedtime.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
😴 Inhalation:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
While inhalation may help you fall asleep, keep in mind that its effects only last for 2-4 hours. It may not support a full night's sleep.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
😴 A combination of the above methods may be ideal for those who struggle to get and stay asleep.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sleep challenges are common among our clients, and we're here to help you overcome them. Don't let sleepless nights drag you down!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔥 Tag a friend who needs better sleep! Let's tackle insomnia together. 💪⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
