WHAT MAKES OUR MEALS SPECIAL? 🤗🥰

We use incredible organic ingredients to make all your meals, then freeze them to lock in freshness for your maximum enjoyment.🌱

We use our tried & tested home recipes that we love! ❤️

We use superfoods such as lots of herbs & spices, beef liver & home made bone broths to ensure maximum nourishment goes into every mouthful.

Because our meals are frozen, you can save time in the kitchen, minimise clean up, avoid thinking of what to prepare & trust that what you are eating is still going to be nourishing you and your family.

We love nourishing our Gold Coast community. 🌻

May preorders are officially open, Gold Coast Friends!!! 🤗

This month, I’m so excited to introduce two new creations I’ve been working on for you.

First, a homemade granola - no refined sugars, no vegetable oils, no dairy, made with gluten-free oats because I couldn’t find anything like it in the shops, so I made it for us instead. Crispy, nourishing and exactly what busy mornings need.

And we’re also launching a GOLDEN KAFFIR LIME CHICKEN CURRY - warming, spiced and packed with all those flavours I know you already love. Tender organic chicken thighs, slow-cooked in a fragrant homemade paste of galangal, lemongrass, fresh ginger and kaffir lime leaves. Super yummy and perfect for these cooler nights.

Of course, all your favourites are in stock too. 🙌

Real food, made from scratch, organic ingredients, ready to nourish your family and take one thing off your plate.☺️

📦 Preorders close May 15th | Delivery May 29th
