🕯️ Our last Lost Letter club was anchored in the theme IMPERMANENCE. Nothing lasts forever, change is constant, and life is always moving 🦋 The tight grip we sometimes try to have on moments, people, places and time only causes us suffering. It’s a hard truth. One we let sit at the table with us. A guest. And just like that the night faded. Letters were written, words were found. And parts of us let go ✨ 📜 #communitymelbourne #letterwriting #womeninspiringwomen #creativemelbourne #letter by @thelostletterclub
There’s something about writing a letter to someone who came before you 🤍 I spent last night at @thelostletterclub’s Samhain workshop, honouring our ancestors and connecting with the Irish roots of Halloween. It felt so special to be led in ritual by Jen. Thank you for putting so much heart into it and creating such a beautiful space. by @thelostletterclub
🍎🪙 only two ~ three spaces left for our gathering on Halloween night. This time of year has always been celebrated with such excitement. I still remember the JOY of trick or treating 🎃. Since moving to Melbourne I’ve tried to keep this tradition alive. Through letter writing we will honor its origins, but in a way that speaks to each of us 🪶📜. Tickets in bio with more details 🫶🏻. #communitymelbourne #hallooweenmelbourne #creativemelbourne #womenmelbounre by @thelostletterclub

🗓️ Sat, Oct 31 18.30 - 20.30 (ish) @shellspace__ In just over five weeks, we will gather to honour the ancient Celtic festival Samhain through rituals and letter writing. It will be an intimate night guided by intuition and filled with wonder. Although, we are in the Southern Hemisphere here I’d love to celebrate at the same time as I always did growing up Ireland ☘️✨. 📜 On this night, many of us (including me) may have grown up with trick-or-treating and delighted in all things Halloween. And maybe you still do! How fun was the game bobbing for apples? But where does it come from? 🍏🍏🍏🍏🍏🍏 In my letter to The Lost Letter Club next month, I will be venturing back to the roots and origins of it all. 🌀 If you’re curious or feel a pull to join us, please do. There are limited spots available. Link in my bio. Ekkkk, I’m beyond excited for this!! Le grá, Jen 🦋 #melbourne #melbourneevent #creativemelbourne #womenmelbourne by @thelostletterclub
