What do we think? by @themacromammy

Do you have one?

It doesn’t take much extra time or effort! But gives you so much insight!

Come back tomorrow and we will go a step further.

Do you want to do it forever? No! But you can’t get where you want to be without knowing where you were!

We start Monday.

Exercise is great and necessary but understanding your nutrition is 🔑 whether you want to loose, maintain or gain! And it doesn’t have to be complicated!

It always starts with a coffee ….

The bone broth comes later in the morning.

I’d love it to end with a wine but here we are! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tick tock!

You can join my online workouts any time - link in bio. They are 4 x per week. 40 mins max. That is 2% of your awake weekly hours!!!!! You don’t even have to do 4 per week! 2 might be just fine for you!

Or you can take on your nutrition and exercise at the same time! We start officially on 2 November, but your 1st lesson / goals will be available from 31 October. I want you to go into each week informed and prepared!!!

Never nothing ⬇️

Hard to get all the things ✅ all the time, but that doesn’t mean you can’t do something.

Make the habit of executing in the time you do have even if it’s only 15 minutes.

Works every time!

If it’s not done first thing, the likelihood of getting it done goes down rapidly!!

A mix of doing something for myself and the exercise endorphins just makes me a nicer person!!

I host live workouts 4 x per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri) at 6:20am - on demand available straight after. Link in my bio. Try for free for 7 days 😉
