Surprise! 🤭 The guys brought my vision to life and added the cutest covered front porch I could ever ask for. The perfect finishing touch were these Globe Electric LED Smart Lights from @loweshomeimprovement they are completely customizable and can be controlled right from your phone. We have them automatically go on at sunset and turn off at the same time every night! They’re less than $100 each and so easy to install, just ask Aaron, he didn’t complain once 😆
Sharing a link for them in stories and they can always be found on my Lowe’s storefront, link in bio!

Two new additions to the dining room, new (to me) chairs and a new rug from @jeremiahbrent newest collection with @loloirugs !! This is the Axis rug in the mushroom colorway and I think it goes perfectly in our dining room. I love the neutral color, the border detail and how soft it is. I’ll link my rug in stories today 😊

The banquette is officially complete with new pillows from @woven.nook 😍 as soon as I saw their fall collection launch I knew 3 12x40 Arbor Lumbars belonged in here 🫶🏼

Gimme allllll the ruffles! @woven.nook fall collection is so good! Decided to play around and try all of the pillows in my living room and I love how it turned out. I’ll share their permanent homes this week ☺️

Same room but two different vibes

Still to come- tower and floating shelf for the dry bar area, painting the base cabinets once I decide if I’m doing a painted or stained tower. New chairs once I sell these 🤪 and then some cutie pillows are on the way from @woven.nook that I can’t wait to style and share!

Rug- Waylon by @loloirugs and @joannagaines @magnolia
Benches- @wayfair (price is $80 higher than when I purchased, I’ll share a link when they’re cheap again)

The walls are done 🙌🏼 thank you @belartestudio for gifting me this beautiful wallpaper 🤍

This was my 4th time wallpapering, first time with traditional paper where I had to apply paste first so it was a weee bit intimidating but truly so so easy to do. The only challenging part was the arch bc there’s no trim to hide any mistakes, I’d give myself an 8/10 on that area (lol)

We love how this turned out soo much but it’s still not done yet. I can’t decide on how to finish off the dry bar area. Shelf or tower&shelf?? Let me know in the comments!!

Trim work is all done 🥳 I was a little scared to start this part of the project and it ended up being a breeze. This kit from @uluboheme made everything so easy for me. I gave them my room dimensions and they sent me a design to approve, I made one tweak to it and then they sent everything I needed right to my door. All pieces are cut to size with perfect 45s 🤌🏼 I would 100% use them again for a project! Come back tomorrow to see the paint and wallpaper all done 😏

Decided to move the bed in front of the other window and add curtains like our bedroom! I love this layout so much more, the headboard and curtains were the perfect addition imo. This wall is smaller so the nightstands don’t fit anymore but thankfully I have a set in our garage that are ready to be refinished for this spot 😁 by @themagentadoor

My $150 solid wood nightstands are back in stock 🥳 the wood tone is perfect and assembly is easy, you only have to twist on the legs! Linked on LTK ☺️

Over the weekend we upgraded our kitchen faucet to the Harlow faucet by Allen & Roth from Lowe’s! It comes in 4 different finishes but I chose the stainless steel to match our sink ☺️ installation was so easy, Aaron was done within 5 minutes 👏🏼 we are loving the touchless feature 🤌🏼 I linked the faucet on my Lowe’s storefront if you’re interested! #LowesFinds #LowesPartner by @themagentadoor
