Being a second time mum is a whole different emotional journey.

You’re loving two little hearts while sometimes struggling to find yourself in the process. Some days are beautiful, others are overwhelming, and not every emotion is easy to explain.

To every mum experiencing postpartum emotions or depression: You are not alone. You matter, too.

And please, if you have a friend, sister, or anyone who has recently given birth, CHECK ON HER! Don’t just ask about the baby. Ask how SHE is doing. A simple message, hug, or listening ear can mean everything.

Behind every newborn is a mother who needs love, care, and support, too. ❤️

October lately 🍂🤎 little moments, lots of love, and memories I wish I could bottle up🦋 by @themamasitablog

Dropping my mom at the airport today broke a little piece of my heart. 💔🥹

She came all the way to be with me during one of the most precious moments of my life my delivery. She was there to take care of me, comfort me, support me, and love me when I needed her the most. Having her around made everything feel easier, warmer, and more beautiful.

Now she is going home back , the house feels quiet, the rooms feel empty, and there’s a strange coldness in every corner.I miss hearing her voice, asking her for little things, and having the comfort of my mom just a few steps away. Moms are blessing May Allah give her long life ❤️

I’ll miss you in every little moment. Love you more than words can ever say💓
