UNBOTHERED ENERGY by @oliveandjune

You know what’s trending for Fall? This color and everything it stands for! It’s called Unbothered Energy, which is exactly the vibe we’re calling in this season.

There’s a reason some version of this color is trending every Fall. Olive green is the ultimate cool girl polish. It’s stunning, it’s unexpected, it has a ton of attitude, and it somehow goes with almost everything. I promise you, if you find your mid-tone olive green shade, you’ll also find your IDGAF energy. 😎 You’re welcome.

*And shouts to @whatkatefinds because I will always wear her sweater when swatching any shade close to WKF. It’s basically a tradition now. by @themaniclub

LOWKEY PERFECT by @oliveandjune

My number two pick in the @oliveandjune Fall collection is probably going to be my number one pick on the daily. Mark my words, LOWKEY PERFECT will be my most worn, go-to polish. This color is actually HIGHKEY PERFECT.

This greige sheer shade is so delicate, elegant, and just right for all occasions. You’ll feel immediately sophisticated when you wear it because this polish provides a stunning, elevated natural manicure.

Be warned; I will probably post this color again when I paint it in gel. by @themaniclub

ACTUALLY DRAMATIC by @oliveandjune

This @oliveandjune Fall launch is bold and beautiful while also being subtle and sensuous. It’s giving us all the things: vibrant colors, elegant neutrals, sneaky sparkles, and quintessential Fall mid-tones. And “Little Luxuries” as a theme is absolute perfection. It’s rich and a bit indulgent. The vibes are immaculate.

Now, let’s talk about this gorgeous, sexy, juicy, deep red! ACTUALLY DRAMATIC is my number one pick in the collection. Nobody is surprised. Let me tell you, these pictures do not give it justice. This color is quite stunning IRL. It’s mesmerizing even. I can’t wait to talk about its nuances more in my next Red Color Theory class. Until then, you can catch me wearing this color on repeat. by @themaniclub

If you happen to be following along on my personal page, you are probably getting sick of my elopement content. But here I am with one more post! And this one is all about my celebration day mani!

For my courthouse ceremony day I went with something sheer and traditional, with a little twist. (See my previous post for more details on that.) Well, this time I wanted to go with something darker, still classic but also vampy. I also knew our celebration brunch was being held in a beautiful, rustic wine room. With all of this in mind, I wanted to create a deep, sexy red to match the vibe.

For my “wedding” day mani, I had to call in the best! My girl @stepheniiie and I played around with combinations to find the right red for the occasion. We finally came to the below recipe using all @oliveandjune polishes.

• 1 coat SD gel
• 2 coats Obsessed Gel

That’s it! Easy and perfect.

Thank you @stepheniiie for making my hands so gorgeous and glamorous on my special day. Olive you! And special props to @nuleafdesign for her stunning flowers that happened to compliment my mani beautifully! Thanks for providing a great backdrop for a nailfie! by @themaniclub

Hey Mani Club! Some of you were curious about my courthouse wedding mani! Well, I didn’t intentionally snap any mani photos on the day. However, I did get you some accidental mani content while sending my besties pictures along the way! There’s also one random photo that I found in my camera roll that indicates I was planning to post this mani at some point and clearly lost the plot. 🙃 Lol!

CNH’s COURTHOUSE WEDDING RECIPE:
*All polish by @oliveandjune
• 1 coat of Strawberry Scone Gel
• 1 coat of Dream Job Gel
• 1 light dusting of Sugar Chrome Nail Palette by @themaniclub

Just found these dreamy old nailfies in my photo album from 2017.

No idea what colors are used here but it can be recreated with @oliveandjune HZ and OJBH for the dots. by @themaniclub

Since I’m loving orange reds this season, let’s add some sparkle to it! HONK IF YOU LOVE MY MANI by @oliveandjune is such a fun, and very intriguing shimmery red! It’s got just enough orange in it to be a perfect, fiery, warm weather go to!

*And thank you for hanging in here with me while I catch up on painting and posting. Xoxo! by @themaniclub

JUST A LITTLE DETOUR by @oliveandjune is a gorgeous teal blue from the latest Spring collection but it’s so bold and bright, which makes it perfect to rock all Summer too! by @themaniclub

I’m finally trying @oliveandjune LAVA in gel. For me it hits different than the Long Lasting polish, and I love it. This paints slightly more subtle and slightly more orange on my skintone. It’s still a bright pop of red for your Summer mani, but it’s a tad quieter IMO. It’s so pretty! by @themaniclub

@oliveandjune just launched Sugar Chrome and I already can’t stop playing with it! This is my favorite new addition to my mani collection.

I’ve tried it on top of a million polishes (and of course took pictures of none of them 🤦🏾‍♀️) and I’ve loved them all. Two coats of Flora Aura with one thin brush of chrome is chef’s kiss gorgeous! And pictured here is another, more edgy favorite combo: two coats of E+M with a solid brush of chrome. I effing love this one! She’s a real baddie! by @themaniclub

Last weekend’s TMC event for The Devil Wears Prada was too much fun! Thanks to all who came out to the movies with us, and thanks to all who painted along at home! Xoxo! by @themaniclub
