Join us for our second annual Autumn Reset : A Seasonal Wellness Day, at the lovely Market Mercado in downtown Indian River, Michigan 🌺 As we complete a busy and eventful summer, this intentional morning invites you to slow down, reconnect, and ground into the energy of autumn with community. Guest facilitator Lindsay Walter, Environmental Wellness Guide & Holistic Practitioner, will lead an environmental conversation, exploring how spaces, rhythms, choices, and environments around us can support how we feel and how we move through our daily lives. We’ll also share gentle movement, breathwork, sound healing, and opening + closing circle together. Her guidance will create space to settle your nervous system, release the momentum of summer, and welcome the season ahead with presence and intention. Amy of Wild Child Botanical will lead a hands-on tea-blending class. Guests will learn about herbs that are especially supportive during fall, explore their benefits and flavors, and create a personalized tea blend to take home. Each guest will receive a hand-screen-printed tote bag with thoughtful gifts, created by JWhite Original, owner of Market Mercado. The event takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with an optional plant walk at 8:00 a.m. No experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothing, come as you are, and give yourself space to reset, restore, and welcome fall feeling grounded and renewed. Enjoy warm beverages and light bites throughout the event. Space is limited, $68 investment @market.mercado @themarketsisters @jwhiteoriginal @wildchildbotanical by @themarketsisters
