a safe place for your mental
reforming misogyny into healthy masculinity

POSTS STORIES REELS

hey everyone, i wanted to do a soft reintroduction to my page in case anyone didn’t know who i am or what this page is about.

my name is Nate, i’m currently a 3rd year college student majoring in psychology. i’ve grown to be quite passionate about mental health, and i enjoy reading, exploring nature(as you can tell from the pictures), watching movies, and playing video games. my goals with this page are to guide people towards healthy masculinity and reform these old, harmful, & misogynistic ideals that society has placed in our lives. however, this page will also cover a variety of topics ranging from psychology to spirituality and much more. and lastly, it is merely just a safe space for your mental, i plan on opening up discussions and allowing space for any questions/topics you may want answered or covered. i hope you all enjoy!

definitely something i believe more men can and should have more discernment in. men like this are able to function as long as they because of our social structure and not enough awareness or care from these matters from other men.

been a minute since i made a post on here, but this is something i’ve wanted to talk about for a while. unlearning ingrained habits and behaviors from misogynistic ideals needs to be the basis for many men when it comes to self improvement and growth, especially here in America🙏🏾

collectively as men, we must continue to do better. unity and accountability are what will change the dynamics between men and women. even just telling another man he is wrong goes a long way, or having a conversation with him about being better. don’t underestimate your humanity 🖤

you get to create what makes YOU feel good and safe. social media may try to tell you what you need to do, but you don’t always need to listen. relationships are REAL, social media isn’t.

hello everyone! this is a infographic my group and i created for a class project on sexual assault and coercion awareness within college campuses.

many people have a story and need their voices to be heard, we are striving to build better communities and support systems around assault. we hope this helps anyone who might need it🖤

a simple, but powerful message 🖤

i hope everyone’s month of June has been well. i know we all face trials through life, but i pray we find the beauty within the pain. trauma is incredibly difficult to navigate sometimes. but when we figure out how to overcome it, we can use it as a stepping stone to propel us into healing and living our best lives 😁

i hope everyone has a great day today, felt like sharing some inspiration. whenever i feel stressed or at a low point, it helps me to help someone. it may not solve your own problems, but sometimes all we need is a little shift of perspective. doing what you can to spread positivity is one of the greatest things about being human🖤
