If you’re new here, hi 👋

This page is for the women who still love clothes, still want to feel stylish, but somewhere between having kids, getting older, changing bodies, busy lives and approximately 847 other things to think about, lost their way with it all a bit.

You’ve probably got clothes.

You might even have quite a lot of clothes.

But getting dressed doesn’t feel as easy or as fun as it used to.

And I don’t think the answer is necessarily a whole new wardrobe or completely reinventing yourself.

Sometimes you just need some new ideas. A bit of inspiration. Someone to show you what you could wear and remind you that getting dressed can actually be enjoyable again.

That’s what I want The Me Again Edit to be.

Everyday outfits for normal life. Wardrobe ideas. High street finds I genuinely like. And a bit less overthinking the whole bloody thing.

Because ultimately, I want you to look in the mirror and think:

Oh. There I am.

If that sounds like you, you’re very welcome here 🤍 by @themeagainedit

Can we just take a moment for these fab autumn bits from @prettylittlething?!

Autumn can be so overwhelming when it comes to choosing what to wear, but it doesn’t have to be!

You can keep it simple and still feel comfortable and confident ✅

Which one would you reach for first?

The autumn capsule edit.

A realistic one that suits the life you actually live. Park trips, school runs, dog walks, supermarket dashes.

All easy to wear, to chuck on and go. Practical doesn’t have to mean boring, and comfortable doesn’t have to mean giving up on feeling stylish and confident.

➡️ swipe through for all the different outfit combos. Could have done more as every piece goes together so the options are endless!

Buying jeans shouldn’t be this difficult.

If you’ve ever ordered three pairs, sent two back and still ended up wearing the same old ones, this one’s for you.

Here’s what to think about before buying your next pair of jeans. From the rise and leg shape to the fit, wash and budget.

Finding jeans you love shouldn’t mean learning a whole new set of fashion rules, so I’ve got you.

Save this for when you next need to go jeans shopping (or your current collection needs tweaking) 👖💙 by @themeagainedit

Outfits of the week, coming in hot.

A few easy outfit ideas for the week ahead, with a bit of colour, some lovely textures and pieces that work together without feeling too complicated.

Because getting dressed doesn’t need to involve standing in front of your wardrobe for 20 minutes wondering why you have so many clothes and absolutely nothing to wear.

Steal an outfit, swap in things you already own, or just take an idea and make it your own.

Cobalt blue is such a good way to add colour without making an outfit feel too complicated.

I love it with black, white, brown and leopard in particular. Basically all the things I’m already wearing anyway.

You definitely don’t need loads of it either. A cardigan, jacket, pair of trousers or even just a hat and bag can completely change a simple outfit.

A few ways I’d wear it.

I went for a little look at @tuclothing and there are some genuinely good bits at the moment.

The kind of pieces that could slot really easily into a normal wardrobe and give you loads of outfit options without needing to completely reinvent what you wear.

As always, this isn’t me saying you need all of them.

Have a look at what you already own first, steal an outfit idea, or if there’s a genuine gap in your wardrobe, then one of these might be worth a look.

These are the ones I’d personally shortlist.

7 days of mum outfits for the week ahead.

Nothing wildly complicated. Just easy, wearable outfits for normal life that still feel like you’ve actually made an effort.

A bit of colour, a bit of leopard, some very repeatable accessories and plenty of pieces you could easily swap for something similar you already own.

Because you really don’t need seven completely different wardrobes to have seven outfits you actually like.

Save this for the next time your brain has absolutely no interest in deciding what to wear.

Everything linked in stories/September highlight 🤍

Want to add a bit more colour to your wardrobe but have absolutely no idea where to start?

Burgundy is such an easy one.

It works with so many of the colours you probably already have in your wardrobe - denim, cream, brown, khaki, black, leopard, without feeling like you’ve suddenly become someone who wears loads of colour.

So here are a few ways I’d wear it this autumn 🍂

And you definitely don’t need all the burgundy things. A jacket, a pair of trainers, a top or even just an accessory is enough to completely change a really simple outfit.

If you’d like any of the links comment ‘Shop’ and I’ll send them straight to you ✨

If I was building my autumn wardrobe from scratch, I’d start with these.

Not because I think you need to go out and buy all of them.

Quite the opposite, actually.

These are just the kinds of pieces I’d want to have in my wardrobe because they make getting dressed easier, give you loads of outfit options and still leave room to have a bit of fun with what you wear.

And you definitely don’t need eight completely new things.

Have a look at what you already own first. You might already have half of this list sitting in your wardrobe.

I’m going to be breaking some of these down over the next few weeks and showing you exactly how I’d wear them.

Save this for your autumn wardrobe planning, and tell me which one you’d start with 🤍 by @themeagainedit

New school year, same school run. Here’s what I’d wear.

Because I want to feel a bit more put together, but I also don’t want to be faffing around deciding what to wear at 7am.

These are the kind of outfits I’d happily throw on and get out the door in.

M&S are making it very hard to not spend money at the moment!

A few things I spotted online that I think are genuinely worth a look for autumn. Some very me, some just really good options if they suit your wardrobe.

Nothing here is a ‘must-have’. Just pieces that could make getting dressed feel a bit easier, more interesting, or more like you.

Which one would you pick?
