POSTS STORIES REELS

Someone out there is waiting to connect with you.
To relate to you.

A version of you is out there waiting to recognized by you.
To be seen by you.

I firmly believe, I don’t work with clients on accident.
I work with women on purpose.

Because owning your story creates the table.
Allowing others a seat at the table is what creates your impact.

If you would have told me 10 years ago that I’d be creating that impact, I would have laughed.

What if the habit of censoring ourselves was really deep down being afraid that we may actually inspire someone just by being ourselves? 😮‍💨

That’s that authenticity everyone is craving right?
Expression puts up the mirror. 🪞

Because how beautiful is the opportunity to get to express the parts of you that allow others to recognize themselves.

That’s the shit I love. 🤌✨

These are my coffee thoughts this morning ☕️
And to even more reps of unblocking me to all of you.

This is how I’m Keeping it Crystal Clear ❤️‍🔥 by @themedicinemujer

weekly tea is served piping hot 🥵🫖

you can only learn to regulate an emotion that you allow yourself to feel.
Read that again.

so take this as a sign to give your feelings what they deserve, the mic to speak, time, attention aka a mf rebrand 😌

send this to someone who could use a cup 🤍🤍

I have a feeling…and I’m usually right about my feelings 😌

Because I trust them more these days 💫🔮

I’ve loved having my friends take mini-vacay’s and join me in my day to day mermaid life in Virginia Beach… so much so that I’m plotting and scheming on hosting a wellness weekend getaway here for the girls in mid September (the absolute best time of year here!)

A mini-retreat that charges you up… think-

ocean medicine
sunshine
connecting with amazing women
nourishing local food
sound healing sessions
+ more featuring my favorite local magical girls & spots

Maybe the next step you take towards “healing” isn’t another program, retreat, or mindset shift and is actually you letting your fully most expressed and alive self be SEEN ❤️‍🔥

Ladies, let’s stop dressing up the healing and start embodying it.

Because controlling the perception others have of you isn’t cute and is keeping you from your magic ✨

big s/o to all my ladies over at this July’s Goddess Gathering Sleepover w/ @rise_align_shine 🥀

We’ve teamed up with @the.intuitive.rn for Somatic Sundays 🤭🤌💖

This is an in person event (thank god) for the overwhelmed, overworked, overstimulated, or over functioning woman to have the opportunity of a safe place to land.

Babe, you’re allowed to take this.

I guarantee your body is already talking to you.

Question is, are you listening?

Somatic Sundays are here to hold space for you so your body has the container to tell you what it already knows.

Your body already knows, we help you listen.

Somatic Sundays are meant to be belly to belly, connected, in community, and hands on in the magic of women underneath the full moon!

This Sunday May 3rd from 7:30-8:30pm I’m calling in all women in the Richmond/Midlothian VA area to give your body the opportunity to call you up and actually have you listen.

Mark your calendar as 🗓️ UNAVAILABLE: ME TIME

Invite a girlfriend, bring some water and a matt, and
we’ll meet you there!

You’ve been earning rest your whole life sis.
And now, it’s just time to take it.

Straight up permission (the piece that’s been missing)

The Peace. Play. Love. Retreat is a 7-day all-inclusive experience designed for women ready to release the pace that’s been keeping them small.

Move, breathe, and regulate your nervous system through daily movement practices and a full spa day at the award-winning boutique hotel & spa @losaltosdeeros in
Tamarindo, Costa Rica.

Where you will release the stories and identities that no longer serve you through transformational storywork and identity work.

Experience Costa Rica through cultural immersion, nature connection, and genuine slowness...the way it can actually feel in your body.

Leave with tangible tools, keepsakes, and a post-retreat integration plan so the peace you find can travel home with you

This isn’t just a retreat. It’s a turning point. A conscious reclamation of who you are and who you get to be.

An opportunity to heal out loud the pieces of you that have been silenced or on the shelf.

June 17-23, 2026

Ever walk away from a conversation thinking,

“Wait… was that about me?”

Projection is sneaky. It can sound like feedback. It can feel true. It can hook your nervous system fast.

In this episode, we break down how to tell the difference
— and how to stay steady instead of spiraling.

🎧 Episode 16 is live. Come sit with us. by @themedicinemujer

Not everything that feels personal is personal.

Sometimes you’re just standing in front of someone else’s unprocessed emotion.

In 🎙️Episode 16, we talk about projections — how to spot them, how to stop them, and how to respond like a grounded grown woman instead of absorbing someone else’s chaos.
