Excited to share that we have a new cohost! 🥳🫶🏼 by @themomwalkco.rockwalltx

It takes a village - and ours is growing! 🍼✨

I am so so happy for Shawn and her beautiful growing family. While we’ll miss her behind-the-scenes magic so much, we could not be happier for her family as they enter this next beautiful chapter.

It has been an honor to co-host with you. Love you, girl 🫶

Yesterday’s first ever MAMApalooza hosted by @fit4mom.forney.heath.terrell and @themomwalkco.rockwalltx was SO special. ☀️

We’re still sitting here overwhelmed by the turnout, the conversations, the laughter, the little ones playing, and the chance to pour back into moms who spend every single day pouring into everyone else.

Moms carry so much.
The schedules.
The appointments.
The snacks.
The laundry.
The grocery lists.
The school forms.
The mental tabs that never fully close.
The invisible work of making life run smoother, softer, safer, happier for everyone around them.

And somehow… they keep showing up.
Even when they’re exhausted.
Even when they’re touched out.
Even when they’re sick, overwhelmed, running on caffeine and crumbs and four interrupted hours of sleep.

They deserve community.
They deserve movement that feels good.
They deserve adult conversation.
They deserve sunshine and encouragement and moments where someone takes care of THEM for a change.

It was such an honor to spend the morning helping moms move their bodies, connect with each other, win some incredible prizes, and just feel seen for a minute.

Thank you to every mom who came.
Thank you to our sponsors, partners, and supporters.
Thank you for trusting us with your morning.

And based on yesterday… I think we definitely need to do this again in the fall. 💛 by @themomwalkco.rockwalltx
