💭 What separates people who WISH from people who DREAM? DREAMERS believe BEFORE there is evidence. And they move BEFORE there is certainty. That’s the difference. DREAM BIG. Take the RISK. If it works, you expand what you thought was possible. If it doesn’t, you expand who you are. Either way, you NEVER leave empty-handed. There is no losing when you’re willing to learn, adjust and keep moving. What would you go after if you stopped needing proof that you could live a life beyond your wildest dreams, professionally and personally?☝🏻 #DreamersMentality #Manifestation #DreamBig #personaldevelopment #TakeTheRisk by @themonarchmethodology
💭 Be radically honest with yourself. Are you chasing the view… or the validation? 🏔️ #perspective #purpose #selfawareness #becoming #themonarchmethodology by @themonarchmethodology
The world waits for evidence. You don’t have to. There will be times when no one can see your vision but you. No proof. No validation. No guarantee. See it anyway. Conviction is believing in what’s possible while your circumstances are still arguing otherwise. The space between where you are and where you’re going isn’t empty. It’s where you become. It’s powerful when someone else can see the possibility in you. But the real shift happens when you see it in yourself. The world can wait for proof. You don’t need proof to believe what you want exists in your realm of reality. You have becoming to do. #TheMonarchMethodology #BelieveBeforeTheEvidence #Becoming #SelfBelief #transformation by @themonarchmethodology
💭 Everything we want comes with a price. Better health will ask for discipline. A new career or following your purpose will ask for uncertainty. Deeper relationships will ask for vulnerability and growth. Financial freedom will ask for delayed gratification. A stronger mindset will ask us to rethink beliefs we’ve carried for years. But here’s the bigger truth. You don’t have to want any of it. There is no prize for wanting more. More money. More success. A certain body. A bigger career. A different life. One of the most powerful things we can do is become radically honest about what we actually want, without shame and without comparison. Maybe you want more. Maybe you want less. Maybe you want something completely different. None is better. Alignment looks different on everyone. Know what matters to you. Know what it costs. Choose what feels true to you. And whatever doesn’t? Let it go with kindness. Release the expectation of who you thought you were supposed to be. Give yourself permission to want the life you actually want. And if you do really have that desire, are you willing to make the necessary sacrifices to attain and keep it? Surrender the ego. Radical honesty is an invitation to freedom. And the answer? It’s not found in the outside world. It lies within you. #selfimprovement #transformation #radicalhonesty #selflove by @themonarchmethodology
💭 I was stuck for a long time. Here’s the thing. You can’t get out of a cycle with the same perspective that helped keep you in it. ☝🏻 So I made a commitment: 2-3 BOOKS. EVERY WEEK. 📚 Not because I want to collect books. Because I want to collect perspectives. For every area I want to improve, every pattern I want to chip away at, every skill I want to strengthen, I’m reading about it. I want to learn. Unlearn. Relearn. Challenge what I think I know and become a beginner again. Sometimes we don’t need to try harder. We need to learn differently. If you’ve ever felt stuck? Me too. Getting unstuck requires facing yourself, getting uncomfortable and holding up the mirror. 🪞 It can be painful. But pain is the price of freedom. 🙌🏻 “Difficult Conversations” by Douglas Stone, Bruce Patton and Sheila Heen of the Harvard Negotiation Project humbled me in the BEST way. Its frameworks are powerful in business and leadership, but they apply everywhere. It teaches us to turn DIFFICULT conversations into LEARNING conversations. Intention vs. impact. Blame vs. contribution. Certainty vs. curiosity. And the powerful question: “What’s mine?” Think you’re pretty good at communicating? Me too. 😂 What if instead of entering difficult conversations with anxiety, we entered with curiosity? The discomfort may still exist. But now we have tools. Fear becomes curiosity. Anxiety becomes readiness. Defensiveness becomes openness. We always say, “I did the best I could with what I knew at the time.” So why wouldn’t we make it our mission to KNOW MORE? You are not a prisoner to your patterns. See them. Face them. Learn. Choose differently. We can’t change yesterday. But we can change how we show up tomorrow. This video is 7 minutes. I know. 😂 Give me the 7 minutes. Play at 2X! I PROMISE it’s worth it. When you put these skills into practice, you won’t always get it right, but it is so liberating to do it differently! I’m learning right alongside you. 🫶 What area of YOU are you ready to grow through? Stay curious. Stay humble. Keep becoming. 🪞 by @themonarchmethodology
💭 How do you use awareness to get unstuck? Life and circumstances will reveal to you where you are not free. Not every thought is the truth. Not every feeling needs a reaction. What new perspective can it offer you instead? Notice it. Observe it. Let it pass. The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer teaches us that awareness creates space, and space gives us choice. But awareness also calls us to action. Once you see the pattern, what you’re not changing, you’re choosing. Notice. Choose differently. And please, try, try again. That’s where freedom begins. You got this. #theunthetheredsoul #themonarchmethodology #rewireyourbrain #personaldevelopment by @themonarchmethodology
