✨hello✨ There’s something so special about building a space that truly feels like an extension of who you are 🤍 For those who are new here, hi, I’m Steph. Founder of The Movement Loft, media girl/ movement instructor, wife, and new mama to my beautiful baby girl. Movement has always been more than fitness to me. It has been my outlet, my grounding space, my therapy, and a way to reconnect with myself through every season of life. After losing my brother, my perspective on life changed deeply. It reminded me how important connection, purpose, community, and meaningful experiences really are. A huge part of The Movement Loft was born from that shift. I didn’t want to create “just another studio.” I wanted to build a space that feels warm, personal, welcoming, and intentional. A place where women feel supported, empowered, connected, and at home. Every class, playlist, detail, and experience is created with so much heart behind it, and I’m so grateful to everyone who has become part of this little community already. Thank you for being here 🤍 Steph x by @themovementloft_sa

“I want to start exercising… I’m just too nervous to walk into a class.” Does this sound familiar? ❤️ Or maybe you’ve been telling yourself you’ll start when you’re fitter, when life is less hectic, or when you finally feel ready. But what if you started exactly as you are? ✨ Sometimes, it takes being unable to move the way we used to for us to truly appreciate what movement gives us. It’s not just about how we look. It’s about our mental health, our confidence, our strength and showing up for our future selves. That’s why I’m introducing ULTIMATE BEGINNERS REBOUNDING at The Movement Loft. A class designed especially for the nervous, the first-timers, the “I really want to start, but I don’t know where to begin” crowd. ✨ 35 minutes ✨ Support bars to help you feel secure ✨ Beginner-friendly movement at your own pace ✨ All the feel-good benefits of rebounding, without the pressure to keep up And you don’t need to be fit to join. That’s the whole point. Wednesdays at 16:30 | Parkhurst Your first step doesn’t have to be a big one. It just has to be a start. Book your FREE trial. Come as you are. I’ve got you. ❤️ Link in bio or DM me for more information 🤗 by @themovementloft_sa
When the challenge is too cute NOT to try! 🤣💃🏻♥️ Loved doing this one with you, @the.mov.method! We were challenged by @faithful_forgetful_flawed_me to try the cute #BabyDoll dance, so naturally, we had to give it our own spin! Loads of laughs and so much fun filming this one! 😂♥️ #themovementloft #rebounding #parkhurst by @themovementloft_sa
