Oh, by all means... Come take a class. 💅😂 The walk, the lines, the balance, the strength, the technique, the musicality… It’s just walking, right? 💀😂 ‼️But here’s the thing: EVERY dancer started somewhere. Beginners are ALWAYS welcome. Come find out for yourself! 🔥 #heels #heelsclass #heelsdance #dance #oakville by @themovementmermaid
💋A little love note to every beginner heels dancer💋 Embrace your sensuality. Be unapologetically you. Stay humble enough to keep learning. Put in the work and train your technique. Cheer for the person beside you. Be consistent; even when progress feels slow. And most importantly, be brave enough to take up space! You don’t need to be whatever version of perfect you have in your head. You just need to keep showing up, stay curious and give yourself permission to grow ❤️ Be brave. Be kind. Be that woman who cheers for other women 👯‍♀️ See you on the dancefloor! #heels #heelsclass #heelsdancer #oakville #dance by @themovementmermaid

POV: Your heels instructor tells you to look in the mirror and suddenly you’re flirting with yourself 💅🏽 Beginner heels isn’t about getting every move right. It’s about getting out of your head, into your body and learning to LOVE the woman staring back at you! You didn’t come here to critique yourself, you came here to FEEL yourself 💁🏽‍♀️ 👠 Ready to fall a little more in love with yourself? Book your spot in Intro to Heels 6 week program and come dance! 🗓️NEW SESSION: Thursday, October 29th 7pm 📍 @citydancecorpsoak LINK IN BIO #heels #heelsclass #heelsdance #danceclass #oakville by @themovementmermaid
Tate McRae really said “Let me show you what happens when a dancer walks the runway”🔥 The WALK. The HIPS. The CONTROL. The secret isn’t just the heels. It’s the TRAINING. Come learn to move like you KNOW you’re THAT woman 💅🏽 #heelsclass #heels #danceclass #oakville #vsfashionshow by @themovementmermaid
🚨 Heels Crimes: Tabletop 🚨 Unpopular opinion but choreo class will not teach you technique! It will instead reinforce potentially incorrect muscle patterns. 🗓️ Catch me Thursdays 6pm Heels Drills 7pm Intro to Heels 6wk 📍 @citydancecorpsoak 📣 What rapid fire heels tips should I cover next? Let me know in the comments below👇🏽👇🏽 #heels #heelsclass #heelstechnique #dance #dancetechnique by @themovementmermaid

Be bold enough to try. Brave enough to be a beginner. Courageous enough to take up space✨ In dance and life, you’ll never know what you’re capable of until you give yourself permission to try. Take the class. Learn the choreography. Wear the heels. Make a fool of yourself. Fall, get back up, and do it again! You didn’t come this far just to keep dreaming about the things you’re too afraid to do. Your dreams are asking you to be brave enough to meet them ❤️ This is also your reminder that adults have dreams too ✨ Now go dance like you mean it! #dance #heelsclass #danceclass #dancer #danceeducation by @themovementmermaid
