Although it feels like years ago, just last month I completed my internship at Stein Eriksen Lodge. 🤍 As challenging and exhausting as this summer was, I learned, grew, and pushed myself so much in my craft. I’m forever grateful for the experience, the lessons, the people I met, and the opportunity to grow in such an incredible environment. Here are only a few of my favorite plates from the summer some I made completely on my own and some, I had the honor of helping other chefs create. No matter the dish, each one was a labor of love. 🥂👩🏽‍🍳 by @theninalani

And just like that… it’s over.
Never mind—it’s only just begun. Juju – You’ve always been my go-to. Through high school, whenever I needed to vent, debrief, or just get something off my chest, you were there—always ready to listen. You’ve given me little-sister advice, comfort, and support, and I love and appreciate you so much for it. Jisa – You are my inspiration. You’ve pushed me to grow, to strive, and to become the best version of myself. You’ve challenged me, supported me, and encouraged me every step of the way. Thank you for always being in my corner. Tren – Thank you for being someone I can just breathe around. You’ve been the one I could go to for laughs, for fun, for late-night hair rescues at 11 p.m., and for random vent sessions about things you didn’t even need to understand. Your presence means everything. Auntie– Thank you for our auntie-niece days, for cheering me on in everything—from sports to school—and for just always showing up. Your love and encouragement never go unnoticed. Mom & Dad – You’ve given me an incredible childhood and high school experience. Thank you for your endless love, your grace, your encouragement, and your forgiveness. Because of you, I smile knowing I have the most amazing parents in the world watching over me. Gma & PopPop – Thank you for being my safe space. Thank you for the summers I got to spend with you during the long high school years, for checking in on me, for making me feel like I could do anything. Your belief in me has carried me more than you know. Thank you for always being my cheerleaders. G – We finally did it! I know we’re both jumping for joy that it’s over, but even more excited for what’s ahead. Thank you for shooting your shot freshman year and being part of this journey ever since. You’ve taught me so much about myself things I may have never learned otherwise. Thank you for your patience, your presence, your understanding, I’m truly grateful for you. — Y’all are my rock. I love you. — Signing out,
