This project at #ODGxGreenbrierRoad was a complete first-floor renovation where the kitchen did the heavy lifting. Custom inset shaker cabinetry with radius corner cabinets handmade by our craftsman Jose, an oversized island with mitered porcelain tops from @akdo_usa and pop-up outlets, and a brick arch framing the hood over the @thermadorhome range. The original pine floors were uncovered and refinished rather than replaced, along with a lot of the wood beams that were already part of this home’s story. SNOOP // Back to the Beach, Compo Beach☀️! As we come to a semi-close on this Connecticut summer, let’s drop in once more on this epic new build by @theodellgrp ✨ “The Westport Project” is stacked from the loggia to the roof deck. The original beams and brick in this room were always the story, so the work became about keeping them and building around them. New wall paneling with custom posts echoes the original architectural elements, and the ceiling and beam work was redone by our craftsmen so everything reads as one room again rather than a patchwork of eras. Same bones, same character, entirely new layout and purpose. This is the kind of work that lights us up. 📷: @juliadags 📍Greenbrier Road, Westport, Connecticut 📅Completed: 2025 ⚜️Interior Designer: Lawrence @theodellgrp 🔨Builder: The O’Dell Group @theodellgrp ✏️Architect: Lawrence @lawrenceallaninc 🔨 Scope of Work: Complete First-Floor Renovations, New Kitchen, Study, Breakfast Nook, and Bedrooms, Full Bathroom, Laundry room + Powder Rooms #️⃣ See more from this project here: #ODGxGreenbrierRoad #customwallpaneling #architecturalelements #cthomerenovation westportinteriors by @theodellgrp

When did your bedroom stop feeling like yours? Think about this: Light exactly where it should be. A palette that calms you. A space that feels like a reset, not a routine. This is what happens when your home starts supporting you back. Sometimes it just takes making small changes to make a big difference If your bedroom is not your favorite room yet, we should talk. 🔗 hello@theodellgrp.com 📍 Fairfield, CT 📷 @juliadags ⚜️ Design Build: Anita Avakian, The O’Dell Group @theodellgrp ✏️ Architect: Mary O’Dell @theodellgrp #ODGxGilbertHighway #primarysuite #luxurylivingct #bedroomdesign #elevatedhome by @theodellgrp

Powder rooms are the space every guest sees. Whether for a quick mirror check or quiet moment alone. The room that stays with them longer than you think. Before, it worked. It was safe, expected and functional... But now, it is a whole moment with rich color, layered texture, and impossible to ignore. A space that has confidence. The difference is not just wallpaper, it is intentional design and craftsmanship. Once you see what is possible in a small space, everything else starts to shift. Ready to stop playing it safe? Let's create something that pops. 🔗 hello@theodellgrp.com 📍 Fairfield, CT 📷 @juliadags #ODGxGilbertHighway #powderroomdesign #beforeandafter #luxuryhomesct #boldinteriors by @theodellgrp

Have you ever looked around your home and realized it no longer reflects the way you live? Sometimes the biggest transformation isn’t adding square footage, it’s reimagining the space you already have. For this Westport renovation, we honored the home’s original footprint while thoughtfully restructuring walls to create better flow, expanded storage, and more functional cabinetry. Custom woodwork with fluted panel detailing adds subtle architectural interest, while every design decision was made to make everyday living feel more beautiful. The result? A home that feels brighter, more intentional, and designed for the way this family lives today. The stone fireplace, the custom millwork, or the light-filled dining space?
