For the Recording Academy voting members. We have 3 songs in two separate categories for you to listen to...
🎶 (Best Arrangement, Instrument & Vocals),"The Lord's Prayer", I've been honored to hear/see choirs around the world sing, even when they didn't know it was originally my arrangement lol... recording it LIVE last year was very special! Also..
🎶 (Best Gospel Performance/song) ... two separate recordings... the 1st is a song i wrote called "Rely On You" which features the otherworldly vocal delivery of Callie Day (many of you have seen/heard that) and lastly, "Jesus, The light of the world", recorded LIVE at Affirmations last year... featuring the powerful/atmosphere shifting gift of Chrystal Rucker... 🙏🏾

🎶✨ WHAT A BEAUTIFUL TIME OF FELLOWSHIP & MUSIC! ✨🎶

I am so grateful for the wonderful experience I had during this Vocal Master Class! What a blessing it was to be surrounded by such beautiful, talented, kind, and genuine people who share a love and passion for music and the gift of singing. ❤️🎶

I truly enjoyed meeting Kimberly Agaro, and what a special joy it was to meet the Internet Sensation herself, Faith Jones! 🙌🏽✨ Faith, it was such a pleasure meeting you and sharing this beautiful musical experience together!

And then there’s my baby girl “Cupcake”! 🧁❤️ Thank you for your assistance, your kindness, and for being right there with me. I appreciate you more than you know!

A very special thank you to Mark Lacy as well. Your presence and contribution helped make this experience even more memorable. 🙏🏽

I had such a wonderful time meeting everyone, laughing, learning, sharing, and simply enjoying the beautiful gift of music. Moments like these remind me that music has a way of bringing people together, creating connections, and blessing us beyond the classroom.

I’m leaving this experience with a grateful heart, a renewed spirit, and even more appreciation for the God-given gift of music and the responsibility to continue growing, learning, and sharing it with others. 🎶❤️🙌🏽

To everyone I met—thank you for making my time at the Vocal Master Class so special! I truly enjoyed each of you! 💕🎤

🕊️💐 HAPPY BLESSED BIRTHDAY IN HEAVEN, MEMAH! 💐🕊️

Today, I pause with a heart overflowing with love, gratitude, and thanksgiving as I honor the memory of my beloved grandmother, Mrs. Gertrude Heath — my precious Memah. ❤️🙏🏽

Memah, you were so much more than my grandmother. You were one of the greatest teachers God ever placed in my life. You taught me about God, faith, prayer, perseverance, piano, music, and most importantly, how to use my voice to sing and minister for the Lord. 🎹🎶🙏🏽

So much of who I am today is because of what you poured into me. You planted seeds in me that continue to grow, bloom, and bear fruit. Every time I sit at a piano, open my mouth to sing, minister through music, or stand before God’s people, I am reminded of the lessons, love, discipline, and spiritual foundation you gave me.

You taught me that music is not merely something we perform — it is a gift we give back to God. You taught me to trust Him, believe Him, honor Him, and use the gift He placed inside of me for His glory.

Today, I pay humble and graceful homage to you, Memah. 🙏🏽❤️ I thank God for allowing me the privilege of being your granddaughter and for giving me the blessing of carrying forward the legacy you placed in my hands and heart.

Though I cannot see you or hear your voice, your teachings still speak. Your prayers still speak. Your music still speaks. Your love still speaks. And your legacy continues to sing through me. 🎶🕊️

I miss you more than words could ever express, but I rejoice knowing that the God you taught me to love is still keeping me, guiding me, and ordering my steps.

Happy Blessed Birthday in Heaven, my beloved Memah, Mrs. Gertrude Heath. 🕊️🌹

I love you. I honor you. I thank you. And I will continue to make you proud by using the gift you helped cultivate in me for the glory of God.

Until we meet again… keep resting in His arms, Memah. 🕊️❤️

With all my love,
Your granddaughter, Callie 🎶🙏🏽❤️ by @theofficialcallieday
