Vibe Shift goes live in 24hrs…… Gone ✌🏾😎 #fyp #mindset #vibeshift #ebook by @theonlyquortnee_
The past couple of weeks I’ve been talking about “The Shift” Standards over feelings Structure over motivation A lot of you asked what I was talking about & what I’ve been working on…. It’s called “Vibe Shift” It’s not a motivational book… It’s a structured reset. A framework to stop restarting. A system to build standards that actually stick. If you’re ready to stop negotiating with yourself this is for you…. FINAL WEEK……….🚀🚀🚀🚀 #fyp #vibeshift #mindset #discipline #habits by @theonlyquortnee_
💥 I’m going to keep this simple 💥This year it’s about Motion. Whatever you’re feeling, if it tickles your soul, keeps you up at night. PUT IT IN MOTION. Be relentless, be fearless and give 1000 % effort 💡 ~Vibe Shift~ #motion #mindset #fyp #reel #miami #atl #growth by @theonlyquortnee_
My life shifted when my identity did. The goals just gave me something to point the discipline at. Now the Discipline doesn’t need a target 🎯 it’s just who I am… Ready for an identity shift, drop a 🎯 in the comments!! #fyp #mindset #discipline #atl #miami by @theonlyquortnee_

Most people aren't stuck because they lack discipline They're stuck because they won't commit Not to a plan Not to a coach Not even yourself They question everything Avoid what's uncomfortable And hold on to old habits that keep them exactly where they are... Then wonder why nothing changes At some point you have to get out of your own way That's the shift!! Look I'm just trying to change your mind and change your life! ✌🏾 😎 🖤 No one is coming to save you, it's on you.... If you're ready to change but don't know where to start Hit "Vibe Shift" in the comments or Dms...Go Time by @theonlyquortnee_

Most people don’t have a workout problem. And they don’t have a “clean eating” problem either. They have a consistency problem. Starting and stopping. Being disciplined when it’s easy… and folding when it’s not. There’s no system. No structure. No standard to fall back on. So every week feels like starting over. This is exactly why I wrote Vibe Shift. Not another plan. Not another 30 days. A way to think, move, and live that actually sticks. If you’re tired of restarting… you’re exactly who I wrote this for. #fyp #reel #weightloss #mindset #atl #miami #discipline by @theonlyquortnee_
It's here Finally!!! Your Vibe Shift is live for purchase and Download...link in Bio 🙏🏾☮️🤙🏾 #mindset #vibeshift #aura by @theonlyquortnee_
Motivation isn’t your problem It’s your discipline Why do you make it punishment? Instead of “I have to do this” think “I get to become this” Ahh maybe it’s the lack of immediate reward… Or You feel discipline limits your life When in reality It removes Chaos When you train your mind to not debate the things that lead you to greatness You then have a level of freedom not restriction. Discipline isn’t punishment. It’s preparation. For the life you “say” you want… #vibeshift #mindset #fyp by @theonlyquortnee_
At my peak I carried 282lbs But it wasn't just the weight It was the hesitation. The insecurity. The constant restarting. The Shift didn't start with a workout. It started with a decision. Vibe Shift 3 Days ✌🏾 by @theonlyquortnee_
