Happy ✨16th birthday✨ to my soul dog, my furry earth angel, the longest love of my life (who will UNDOUBTEDLY be my VERY biggest heartache). I have loved you from the moment I saw your humongous flying saucer eyes when you were only 5 months old. And I will love you with every part of me for all the rest of your life! I’m sorry we disturbed your retirement peace by finding you a rambunctious little brother. But for as long as we have you, we will always treat you like the little cuddle queen you are! 🧡🧡🧡 You are EVERYTHING @theoreocookiemonster 🥰🥰🥰 by @theoreocookiemonster

When the humans keep talking into their shiny metal screens, but won’t come naps with me 😴😴😴 by @theoreocookiemonster

When Mama tells me I’m taking this mandatory “Shelter in Place” order too literally, all because I won’t let her out of bed. 🙈 by @theoreocookiemonster

That feeling when Mama buys me an ugly Christmas sweater, but I actually make it look good 😎 #damndog #ShihTzu #theOreoCookieMonster #doglife #dogsofIG #dogsofSanFrancisco #dogsofInstagram #ShihTzusofIG #ShihTzusofInstagram #ShihTzulife #puppylover #doglover #ShihTzulove #ShihTzugram #dogoftheday #dog #ilovemydog #adorable #pets #bestfriends #rideordie #adventuredog #love #family #adventurepups by @theoreocookiemonster

While Mama’s taking a nap on the couch and Daddy’s watching the 49ers play, I’ll just sit here waiting patiently until someone notices how cute I am. 🙇🏻‍♀️ #damndog #ShihTzu #theOreoCookieMonster #doglife #dogsofIG #dogsofSanFrancisco #dogsofInstagram #ShihTzusofIG #ShihTzusofInstagram #ShihTzulife #ShihTzulove #ShihTzugram #dogoftheday #puppy #dog #ilovemydog #adorable #pets #love #family #adventurepups #shotoniphone #portraitmode #iphone11pro by @theoreocookiemonster

When Mama says those 2 wonderful, magical words and brings out my favorite bag, I know it’s going to be a fun-filled day! 🎒 #LetsGo by @theoreocookiemonster

When Mama tricks me into thinking she’s got treats, when really, she’s just trying to keep me still for a picture. No treats though 🥺🥺🥺

When Mama tells me that I is smart and I is kind and I is important, but really, all I is is hungry.

When Mama (@jamies_not_home) tells me that my eyes are the windows to my soul, I hope my soul is telling her to quit it with the camera and give up the treats already!

When you’re camping with your humans and they insist on making sure you’ve got your warm layers on 🙄

When you finally decide to treat yourself to a salon day, and now Mom (@jamies_not_home) won’t stop following you around with her camera #paparazzo 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thanks, @mudpuppys on Castro, for the fresh new ‘do!

When Mom & Dad insist on taking you hiking, even though you hate walking, so you end up hitchhiking on human’s back 20 minutes in! I sure did enjoy the view though! 🤪
