When it comes to the subject of transformation there are three factors to consider.

1.Quality of information
2.Quality of teacher dispensing the information
3.Quality of mind receiving this information

Dear Boy Creator, first things first, na man you be. 😊❤️

This is a letter from your fellow brother, reminding you of who you are even on the days life feels overwhelming.

I know the pressure.
The expectations.
The insecurities we are wired not to talk about.

As kids, we were told “big boys don’t cry.”
We grew up and the message remained the same:

“Men don’t cry.”
“Tears are weakness.”
“Man up.”

So we learnt to hide the pain.
We laugh when we are hurting.
We say “I’m good” when we are not.
We bury grief.
We suppress heartbreak.
We pretend childhood wounds don’t still affect us.

But sometimes I wonder:
If men weren’t meant to cry, why were we created with tear glands?
How do you create deeply when you’ve been taught to disconnect from your emotions?
Because creativity requires honesty. It requires emotion. Sometimes, your greatest work will come from something that broke you, something you lost, or something you survived.

Yes, you are expected to be strong. To lead. To protect. To provide.
But strength was never supposed to mean the absence of emotion.

You can cry.
You can grieve.
You can ask for help.
You can say, “This hurt me.”
And still be a man.

Na man you be🔥
So, dear boy creator, don’t let the pressure to look strong disconnect you from the emotions that make your creativity powerful.
Feel. Heal. Create.

And if the tears come, let them come. 😊

Omo, na man you be.
Even men need somewhere safe to put down the weight sometimes. ❤️ by @thepaulgift
