World reflexology week is coming up this month. My favourite therapy and the reason I trained to be a therapist in the first place back in the 90’s. I had some health issues and was working a Saturday job as receptionist in a health and beauty clinic while studying English and media studies at uni. I had some sessions with the reflexologist there and was blown away by how relaxed and well I felt after each treatment and my health issues went away. I wanted to train with him immediately! And that is how I started my therapist career as a teenager, going back and forth between photography jobs and holistic wellness for decades since. I have regular sessions myself with some lovely reflexologists in Deal, Jodie and Ros. Get in touch if you’d like to try it yourself! 👣 by @thepelicanrooms
