I think it’s time for a little reintroduction…
Here’s a little bit about me, but I also want to hear about you. Tell me about yourself in the comments. Let’s chat 😊

I finally finished it. It took me nearly 6 months. This original was going to be a gift for my mum. A little tribute to a mother's love and the passing down of wisdom between mother and daughter. Instead I'm going to hang it on my wall to honour her.

Unlike my other originals, this one won't be for sale, but I will make some A4 prints. Would you be interested in one?

Tomorrow's the Open day for the Whitaker Art Open, taking place between 2-4pm.

I am honoured to have my 'Ladies of the Lake' piece accepted as part of the exhibition. Inspired by Lancashire folklore of the water hag, Jenny green teeth. Jenny is known to reside within rivers, canals and ponds, dragging whoever comes close, down into the murky depths.

Only a few days left to sign up for the November Issue of The Paper Potions Club.

Last month we focussed on Samhain and the 'Cat Sith'.

A big thank you to @lias.reads and @delphysartyshow for these lovely photos

The sketch Vs the view.

The view wins every time.

Ink will never show the beauty of watching the sunset in Florence. Watching the sky fill with colour and fade to black.

This was one of my favourite moments. Slowing down, sitting, watching and just noticing.

A few months ago I created this map for @accringtondome

It started as a small idea, then grew to a pen and ink artwork. It was then transformed into this massive banner.

One thing I never expected was to open up my phone to a message and photos from the lovely @jhesmondhalgh
(I would love to say a big thank you )

I have to admit, I ran down the stairs screaming 'Oh my god' and burst into happy tears. I know.... Smooth, right?

Although the Dome is now closed for a little while, you can still find the map hung in the window.

I hope it sparks ideas, stories and exploration for you.
